Being hearing this since 2005-06 post we won back to back titles .. and it has been 15 years, still going strong and now a top 10 club. Good to hope I guess.

Speaking of which I remember arguing until I was blue in the face with some on here who thought Liverpool owners were showing amazing ambition after their spending spree in 2018. I kept saying they were only "backing Klopp" because they had a windfall from selling Coutinho and look what's happened since, one back up LB signed in three windows (who was himself a back up option for signing because they wouldn't cough up for Jamal Lewis) and by the sounds of things refusing to pay a modest asking price for Thiago.

I wonder what we are doing about the defensive midfielder position. If Kante gets injured again, we're depending on Jorginho to protect Werner, Ziyech, Havertz, Pulisic upfront.

We are begging to be hit on the counter guys. Unless Lampard has a plan for Mount, because he's a good tackler but getting a Defensive midfielder (our Casemiro) making the tackles even temporarily would not hurt.

It all depends on if we can move Jorginho on if we can I think we will go for Rice.

Gallagher can play there, likewise Ampadu. Hopefully Gilmour wins the place once he's back, can't handle a full season of Kante there.
