This club at times is bizarre The other weird thing about recalling him is that we have repeatedly been told that we either want a central CB who controls the buildup from deep or a left footed, left sided CB who plays the Colwill role. From all the footage I’ve watched of Anselmino at Dortmund he plays pretty much exclusively on the right side of the defense. So much so that he almost occupies the RB area. I wanna see a midfield pairing of my all time fav Chelsea player and my current fav Chelsea player at least once before he retires. I’m not sure these owners are going to force a player to stay if they want to go and a decent price is paid. We all know BVB never try to pay market values. I guess we really don’t know how the owners will deal with that situation. When Brighton tried it with Colwill we had different people making decisions.
