"

Jamie Gittens was another player signed last summer, joining from Borussia Dortmund. He too struggled to make himself a regular but the Blues are prepared to afford the winger more time to prove himself at Stamford Bridge.

"
eheh

Affording to give him more time because his value tanked worse than Garnacho, 2 braindead transfers.

💥🔵Chelsea have discussed Lacroix internally, though he is one of numerous options being considered.

(@BobbyVincentFL)

The right-back position is one of the only areas in the Chelsea squad that looks as if it could be exactly the same next season.

The three main options at the time of writing are Reece James, Malo Gusto and Josh Acheampong.

Gusto🤬🫩🫩

Without UCL, and if Reece is used again at right-back, I don’t think it’s a big issue and it even makes sense.

About Lacroix, I can already see the board saying: ‘we considered him but decided not to proceed

Rodrygo & Camavinga linked to leave last 2 summers also. Didn’t happen. We’ll see but I think Camavinga is exactly the sort of player Jose likes to have.

Liam Delap wants another season at Chelsea to prove himself and the doubters wrong.

Good lord 🫠 He is a dud, cut our losses.

Also Spurs going for Van Hecke, for the £70m tag, they can have him. Good player but not worth that dosh.

- Murillo new Forest deal

- Senesi has signed for Spurs and Van Hecke to soon follow.

- We’re apparently not interested in Lacroix.

So then just who is this “Experienced Starting Quality Premier League CB” we are signing that BlueCo kept feeding the media?

Not that I believe these twats anymore but it’s at the point where it’s getting amusing seeing them caught in their own lies time and time again acting as if the fanbase hasn’t caught on.

Haven’t you heard, Tosin is staying for his valuable experience and off field leadership.

Oh Delap is staying too.

💥🔵Simon Phillips Night Update:

Matz Sels:

As we have reported on here, Robert Sanchez would not be content ‘competing for No.1 and only wants the starting role’. His future is up in the air and there’s still a chance he leaves this window. SPTC Sources report Chelsea have had some explorative talks with the agent of Matz Sels.

There is a belief that he could be a good fit if Mike Penders comes back in, to help him adapt because of the Belgium and Strasbourg links that the pair share.

Josh Acheampong:

Chelsea no intentions to sell, not available, is their stance. However, SPTC Sources state the family/agents of Acheampong as well as the player, are unhappy with game time and will seek assurances direct from Xabi Alonso.

He could ask to go depending on those talks and CB recruitment. Many clubs interested and getting word that he could still be available due to the unhappiness.

CBs/Tight wage structure:

The wage structure is proving a stumbling block for many targets so far, especially centre backs.

One source suggests Chelsea may find it difficult to bring in a ‘big name’ CB whilst dictating their own terms and wage structure. It may need more flexibility, but not sure if we will see that or not.

The stupid wage cap we have implemented may prove an even bigger problem than just convincing a top player to come to Chelsea. It pretty much takes us out of the conversation for any top, already established player. It’ll probably mean that well once again have to shop at clubs much smaller than ourselves for players who are on tiny wages and will see getting £80k per week here as a huge raise.

World class or even just really top players these days command at least £200k per week probably. If we aren’t willing to offer that then we’re never going to get that level of player here. And we will therefor never compete with City, Liverpool, United, or Arse again barring all these young talents exploding under Alonso.

Our days as a top club attracting top players is over with this mob here. If you haven’t already noticed that by now….

Mat Selz also ex Strasbourg so obviously the club will know his agent well and probably sign him.

All for Sanchez going 100% but Selz & Penders? As our 1st &2nd GK options? Really?

Florentino really hyping up this 150m bid next week. Says it’s not Haaland and not a player from the PL. Says the player is a Galactico. The only players that really fit the bill there and are worth that amount are Olise or someone from PSG.

They may genuinely not be after Enzo at all. In which case I don’t know where else he could go if he is desperate to leave. Perhaps we can get him to stay after all.
