Strange. They have Saliba and Gabriel. Just bought Mosquera as a back up and long term replacement replacement for Gabriel or if Saliba leaves. LB they have MLS and Calafiori. He will get a big pay rise, but football reasons seems strange on his side.

every one of the following EIGHT can play CB and have in the past at multiple clubs

4 left-footed, 4 right-footed

William Saliba  right-footed
Gabriel Magalhães left-footed
Piero Hincapié left-footed
Riccardo Calafiori left-footed
Cristhian Mosquera   right-footed
Jakub Kiwior left-footed
Jurriën Timber  right-footed
Ben White    right-footed

kiwior probably will leave the club

well, they are well stock in every position

they must win a major trophy but even if they fail, they have a very good core for the next years

they have only 2 weaknesses

1. they still lack a world class right-footed pure LWer, they only have Gabriel Martinelli, Leandro Trossard, and Reiss Nelson, none of whom I rate

2. With Jesus (who is becoming perma-damaged anyway) and Harvetz out they have zero back-up CFs

yes lets see how the new signings responde because eze and madueke could easily flop and there always injuries like saka that will be out for 1 month

this is a squad that our club are try to replicate. a core of young quality players that can play together for several years

Newcastle have bid 50M for Strand Larsson from Wolves, they need to get themselves sorted and go for someone who is easily to get for that money...Nicholas Jackson

they want to fuck us with the UEFA FFP so we cannot register all the new players for the CL

They’re striking out on every striker target they go after. At some point they surely have to come to us.

Exactly Jackson scores more and provides more than the Wolves striker they know we are in a bind so they will wait til we lower our demands

Sources: Frank Lampard pushing to sign Chelsea player

This one would be a real surprise

https://siphillipstalkschelsea.substack.com/p/sources-frank-lampard-pushing-to

snip

SPTC Sources have heard that Lampard is ‘really pushing’ to try and get full back Ben Chilwell to Coventry in these last seven days of the window.

We are unsure what sort of deal he is looking to do but remember, Chelsea have been considering even terminating Chilwell’s contract, as reported on this site some weeks back now.

We are yet to hear that this is happening, and maybe Chelsea and Coventry can sort out a loan with an obligation deal, or some kind of compensation for a permanent deal.

But Lampard is definitely trying to get Chilwell to Coventry in these final moments of the transfer window so this might be one to watch. The former England international would obviously need to take a big wage cut and drop a division, but as is commonly known, Lampard is the one who signed him at Chelsea in the first place when he was enjoying his first stint as Chelsea boss and the pair have always had a good relationship.

Sources: Behdad Eghbali holds talks to sell Raheem Sterling

The Blues co-owner involved as Chelsea try to offload a number of players this week

https://siphillipstalkschelsea.substack.com/p/sources-behdad-eghbali-holds-talks

Chelsea are looking to sort out some final deals to sell a bunch of players this week as we go into the final seven days of the transfer window. As we know, once more player sales are sorted out, then there is a very good chance that we see another 2-3 players arrive this week at Stamford Bridge as well.

Chelsea want to sell Raheem Sterling, Ben Chilwell, Axel Disasi, Christopher Nkunku, Nicolas Jackson, Tyrique George, Alfie Gilchrist, and David Datro Fofana this week. Some of them could be some sort of loan deals with different formulas. And Carney Chukwuemeka (permanent) and Aaron Anselmino (loan) should have their moves to Borussia Dortmund confirmed very soon now.

snip

Behdad Eghbali was spotted with the owner of Fulham over the weekend and SPTC Sources have confirmed that they were speaking about a deal for Raheem Sterling to join Fulham. Talks have continued on this one and there is an expectation that a deal can soon be agreed and accelerated.

Sterling ideally wants to stay in London and sees Fulham as the most perfect move for him location wise. So the two clubs have been trying to thrash out a permanent deal here. We’ll have to see what they agree on, but there is hope that something can be agreed here.

Christian Falk is reporting that Bayern have an agreement with Jackson, now negotiations with Chelsea, Bayern want a loan

These fucking Italians and Germans want transfers all their own way, it's always what they want and knock down prices but you go asking them about their players and get told 200M for shit can of a footballer
