Arsenal considered Grant one of their best U15 players last season. 

He was highly rated by the club there are even reports that Arsenal will not allow Chelsea scouts into Hale End this season due to the transfer.

Are you fucking serious or simply in denial, for all the players you said I can give you twice as many that were busts. These idiots are playing a game of numbers and hope shit sticks on the wall, they got Gittens and Garnacho in hope of one of them making it. Also putting fucking Delap in after playing one good match so far.

Not sure why this even needs explaining as it’s as plain as day, but they are buying players to to move on after a few seasons that’s the whole point, bust or succes it doesn’t matter if every signing is a success because they just move them on for a profit, it’s not denial, i just don’t need a brown paper bag to breath every time we are linked with a player, then spend the next 60 days of my life smashing the refresh button on twitter.

Who they moving on for profit almost all of them are breaking even or with marginal profit if any.

They bought fucking 5 goalkeepers and we're still crying for one good one, fuck me these idiots can take a shit in the middle of the Stamford Bridge and you'd still find people on here saying they are amazing.

They've made a number of questionable decisions since taking over, but they've done far more good than bad in recent windows. It just feels like they haven't got their priorities right with this one.

Can’t remember any one saying they were amazing, but the way you act over one player you have seen YouTube highlights of is beyond embarrassing for a fully grown ass man, your not going to get every one you want, and apparently we are still in for Simon’s, so if we sign him u look an even bigger twat for whining like a girl every day throwing insults around like a school child, I stand by my point, embarrassing

I see nothing that suggests we are selling best players for profit. In fact we are keeping them while yes, the ones who don't show up immediately may be sold fast. This season we did full attack reinforcement, only keeping two best players in Palmer and Neto. U expect us to sell Colwill, Cucurella, Caicedo, Palmer? 

We are literally 2 or 3 players away from not needing to buy literally not single player in the next 5 years or so...

If plan is to create group of players and to keep them for a long time to potentially dominate PL I think they are doing great job. Roman never came close to that in much weaker league.

Yeah recruitment hasn't been bad this summer Garnacho included but overall speaking they've been shit, they still searching for a front shirt sponsorship for years now, bought dozen of goalkeepers and central defenders and not even one great.

They changed almost the entire attack except Palmer and Neto this summer after realizing what a bang average batch the last one was. The only position they got it right is midfield.

Roman assembled the likes of Terry, Cech, Lampard, Drogba, Essien, Ballack, Cole yet you think Sanchez and Fofana are monsters.

I noticed many in our fanbase have started to shit on Roman more and more with each passing year, making it sound like these guys are building something out of this world.

Yeah accomplished people like Winstanley with a CV of Wigan, Derby and Brighton since 2003. Him and Sterwart have been shit in recruitment, and it's only because of Shields they even got Palmer, because these 2 were going to go for Sancho in that summer.

Terry and Lamps were already there and yes we were lucky to have such a strong core of players. But there were also like a hundred flops... Want me to list them? This is actually normal for every club... I wouldn't swap our attack and midfield for any other in the league. Ffs we just became World Champions and u want to change the owners, board, manager...

We’re literally going to either completely fund United’s move for Donnarumma which massively improves their team or pay for a massive chunk of Baleba who also dramatically improves their team by giving them £40-50m for Garnacho.

All I’ll say is that whoever is pushing this signing within our club better hope this move is Cole Palmer like and Garnacho blossoms into a monster. Because this could go down as a ridiculously stupid transfer in so many ways otherwise.

This is the problem I have, since it's obvious he is coming why not wait until very late in the window to get Garnacho and block United from reinvesting that money. Also in what world we need to make sales for Simons but have no problem getting Garnacho done immediately, unless that deal will be 25-30m which I highly doubt makes no sense.

I think this is a good signing for Brighton and I hope we have a buyback. Bright has reached the veteran stage, although Buchanan extended last season I can't see her staying beyond her current deal, Nouwen has left, and youngster Akpom isn't showing any signs of earning first team minutes. I can see a situation where we will be shopping for CBs in a couple of seasons so a buy back in Mpome's deal would make sense.
