Chelsea Transfers

I watched a lot of Kudus in the Danish league, and a little when he played for Ajax, both those leagues are obviously not nearly the same level as Premier League. But I would not have the same fears as with Ziyech, at all.

Is he good enough? That i am truly not sure of. Got a good technique and works hard for the team. I could see him work out, and would not be against the transfer if the fee isn't crazy.

Tell him to leave Poch.

Ofc he is happy here he earns like 5x as much a footballer of his quality deserves. Him being here is a an absolute glitch in the matrix. Any other combination of circumstances last summer and he would ride the bench for Brighton.

Or he would have gone to City and won the CL like Ake and Akanji.

6th place is not really a mid table tho.

Still, the inflation of this as some groundbreaking success last year was absurd. Overperformed? Yes, but the headline story and something to copy, especially by us for some reason? Hell no, it's not some kind of miraculous stuff. The most respect I have for people responsible for their transfers as they seem to have build up some decent and cohesive pack on budget.

Who do they think they are.

Shame we don't have Jose nor anyone of his character around anymore. He'd mop the floor with this fella and rub it in 5 seconds after it was published.

Maybe ridden the bench for city but they would not have given them these crazy wages

True but Pep has the ability to transform average defenders into monsters. I mean Akanji was so shit at Dortmund, now he is a starter in the CL final and wins it. I bet Cucu would be so much better under Pep who wanted Cucu as nr1 priority for LB. Lets see what Poch can do with him.

These were his positions last season

well if he also can play as a cm and as a winger, I think he is the right man to have some deep in our attack

I don't know if the board will look to buy some center forward but at least in winger and cam position we are close if we buy kudus

nkunku (cam, winger and cf)

kudus (cam, winger, cf and cm)

sterling/madueke/ mudryk (wingers)

to a seaason without UCL I think its ok

I’m just glad the club are indeed not just looking for a deeper midfielder but also a more advanced one who is great in tight spaces, on the half-turn, and at carrying the ball from the center of the pitch into the box.

Whether it’s Kudus, Cherki, Veiga. I don’t even care that much so long as it’s someone Poch wants.
