Insane pace, nice finishing, just scored his 14th goal in German football by completing a Werner-esque run with a Henry-eque finish. Even more impressive he is on 12 bundesliga assists already. Probably one if not the of the best all-round CFs in Bundesliga right now. Would take him over someone like Thuram bc of his superior agility, explosiveness and overall better footwork He really stood out in the French Natioanl team when he played. I limed what I saw... and think he could be really useful in the Prem.

lluubbeenn 173
Before thinking about incomings we have to shift a LOT of players. If you believe that a team is as good as its weakest link we are terrible. 😕 In my opinion all of these have to be moved on(if possible): - All of the players on loan except Colwill - first team and Maatsen - prem loan with Burnley - Mendy and optional - Kepa and Bettinelli - KK, Azpi and Hall loan - Loftus Cheek, Kante, Felix and optional - Zakaria and Gallagher and Santos-loan - Ziyech, Pulisic, Auba and optional Fofana/Broja - loan These account to 15 - 22 sales and loans only for the senior players. We can not continue stockpiling players before we do at least half of the outgoings. As for buys we already have secured Nkunku and probably should make Zakaria permanent(financial reasons). A partner for Enzo is a must. Other than that I think we can wait for the squad to gel a bit before making further decisions. We have a huge squad and a decent amount of quality. We should all hope and support Potter to get the magic wand going. 😄 Mattill

Same as Jorginho, every player has a price, Napoli will hold out for that 100+ million price tag, once they get that, they'll let him go and find the next talent on the cheap. Hashishi 148
My list Keep Silva (as long as we can) Badiashile (the best signing this winter apart from maybe enzo) James Gusto Kovacic Zakaria (sign him if he keeps it up) Enzo (Thanks Eghbali!!!) Chukewuemeka Madueke Felix ( sign him if he keeps it up) Mudryk Nkunku Keep on thin ice (for one or two years MAX, if they don't improve then they need to be sold. Most of these will get some resale value, some can stay as squad players) Kepa (We have more pressing needs but he is too short) Chilwell/CuCu (one has to go for Maatsen in a couple of years) Fofana (if he doesn't recover to pre-injury levels Chalobah ( until we can sign someone to replace Silva at RCB) Kante (I say let go if he gets injured again this season) Mount ( He is better than Gallagher and can play more positions, which is better for a squad player) Sterling Havertz Broja (if he doesn't recover to pre-injury levels) Sell sell sell (as soon as possible, there is no reason for any of these players to be here as they have been or will be replaced) Mendy Azpi (keep for one more year if he really wants to stay) KK Ampadu ( hasn't lived up to potential) Bakayoko Sarr (worst signing in a decade) RLC (Can't believe he is still here. Hasn't lived up to potential) Gallagher (Keep only if Mount doesn't sign and is sold) Ziyech Pulisic CHO ( hasn't lived up to potential) Anjorin ( hasn't lived up to potential) Auba Lukaku Loan (some of these we can't loan because of the limit so they'll have to settle for carabao cup. I expect an exodus of youth in the next few years) Slonina Colwill Hall Maatsen Humphreys Casadei Santos Hutchinson Vale DDF

Seeing what top players are going for these days I just don’t see him selling for less than £120m or something. And after getting severely burned by Lukaku coming off of a dominant spell in Serie A, I can’t see Boehly going there again. I really think his only possible destination if he moves this coming summer is United. And that’s if the new ownership is in place. They’re the only ones that are in real need for a talismanic striker and who would spend mega money on one.
Vesper 30,162
Chelsea explored a deadline day move for Fiorentina midfielder Sofyan Amrabat but were unable to get a deal off the ground. Barcelona also pursued the Moroccan's signing. (Fabrizio Romano)

We can always feed either Napoli or United with fresh, barely used Lukaku, so never say never… 👀

Vesper 30,162
https://caughtoffside.substack.com/i/101581030/Chelsea Chelsea As has been widely reported, I think it’s not surprising that Chelsea will explore the market for a new striker - Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will leave and after that they only have Armando Broja. Christopher Nkunku is not a number 9, he’s probably going to play behind the striker. But it’s now too early to predict Chelsea decisions on who’s going be the right candidate in that position. MLS clubs are interested in Aubameyang but I’m told on player side there’s no green light yet on this kind of solution, he prefers to continue in Europe as of now so nothing advanced at this stage. There is the growing feeling that Thiago Silva is ready to stay at Chelsea for one more season. A one-year contract extension is almost ready, just waiting for the final green light. He wants to be a key player on the pitch and also to help this young squad. Chelsea explored the possibility of signing Sofyan Amrabat as an alternative Deadline Day option before the Enzo Fernandez deal was sealed — direct contacts took place… but Fiorentina were never open to letting him leave on loan. Many top clubs will keep following the Moroccan midfielder for the future after his strong performances in Serie A and at the World Cup.
