Saw someone mention that we create more chances than Inter and decided to check the stats for some inkling on things.

Different league and all but ironically, Inter's xG was higher than ours last season - 74.8 v 64. That Inter xG was also higher than Man City and Liverpool. And all that despite Inter having less shots than us, City and Liverpool.

Tuchel on getting a top class ST:

It's like wanting to replace an old Volvo with a Ferrari/Lamborghini, and ending up with a Corvette.

Kounde will be closer to 70m.

And Moriba 20m.

So this is 210m.

We already collected close to 80m euros. Tammy, Zouma, Emerson, Alonso and others to be sold...

And dont forget loan fees. United want 2m for Williams so Gilmour and Gallagher are around that. Bakayoko 3 loans was 10m.

I will say Baba hasn't done himself any danger during preseason, I thought. Perhaps that is why? Alonso is a nightmare, sometimes he impresses me and I think "maybe you should stay.." then he turns like a sloth.. I'd rather keep him in all honesty though.

Am assuming Lukaku will have to go through the quarantine process when he comes over to England? Or is there any exemption going on? @Tomo @Superblue_1986

I would say Baba was quite alright.... he usually is quite good in offense and a bit suspect in defence which could be not as grave in lwb....he just got unlucky with injuries otherwise he might have grown into a decent squad member.

He, Drinkwater and Sterling have been dropped after that one game vs bournemouth. Probably an indication they will get loaned out again...but is also possible albeit very unlikely that TT liked what he saw from them so much that he already decided to keep them in the squad for the season and wanted to assess others further

Why am I tagged for this, how am I supposed to know 😂

I'm pretty sure I read that Varane had a quarantine period to fulfil but I'm not sure if there are any differences currently between Italy and Spain.

Having said that, I also read that Chelsea want to finalise this as quickly as possible so that he may be available for the Super Cup.
