I have been on the Harvetz bandwagon since last season. I think he has been rated by a few people for a while but as his form dipped a little in the first half of this season, people went a little quiet as they were worried that he wasn't quite as good as they thought he is. You destroyed the fun there but never mind... Out of the two, it would make more sense to buy Werner because we need someone in his position. Havertz wouldn't be a bad addition at all but how would we fit him (and others) into a cohesive system? Our midfield, including the attacking players, is stacked.
