no, not yet but if he does what I said (or worse) then yes

he should go

IF he loses the next 4, doesn't get sacked, we could be looking at 13 out of 14 league losses, and at best 11 losses out of 14, with the only 2 new wins versus Burnley and Newcastle (following what conditions I laid out)

I was very specific in what I said

what it would take to earn him the sack

If he loses every game from now till the end of the season, he should still REMAIN as the chelsea manager. He has shown a lot more positives than any of the fair weather fans on here expected in the summer.

Yes, we are currently struggling and looking poor, but thats what happens with a squad of 16/17 players with no quality depth.

We have incorporated youth, changed our whole identity, lost a top 5/10 player in the world without replacement and yet we are 4th in the league table with round of 16 in CL.

Calling for him to be sacked on the first signs of trouble is not just irritating and frustrating but shows exactly the kind of fans that are on here.

Conte unlike those two is a league specialist and most crucially wasn't up against two freak of nature sides.

And personally I wouldn't want a short term hit again, even if it was for a title, we've done the title then collapse three times now, I'd happily wait for a while if we have a more sustainable model to build on.

Conte is awesome imo, he might not have helped his case but we def did him no favours.

Ohh I think all of us would want a sustained squad and manager.......but it has to be the right manager, only time will tell.

Im not Lamps out at all, but his subs and line-ups are not good, lets he learns. At the same time not many of us would put money that we would get top4.....this really is a piss poor Chels side overall, like utd's and arsenal's.

The board should be ashamed it has come to this, lack of insight and forsight got us here, lack of planning got us here, wasting so much on utter dross got us here.

FL will get till the summer im sure, but boy we really need to buckle up.

I would only turn if we have a sustainable hit of performances like today.

Other than that I think we have to rid these punches.

Today's performance was rather similar to the second half against West Ham and the game at Everton.

Still better than being a fair weather plastic.

only plastic I see is you with the fake poutrage over someone else's clearly laid out opinion

you are the typical keyboard commando who has to slag anyone who dares to have an dissenting point of view

unlike you I never get on here and slag off people personally for some opinion they have about the club

my post speaks for itself

we are not only losing against shit teams

we are failing in most metrics

play shit defence

now cannot score

and have one win in the league all year versus any sort of decent team

and that one Ajax fluke win

I am not saying top 4 is a must or even likely

but I also am not saying 8th or 9th (or dog forbid, worse) which is where we are heading if we do not unfuck ourselves, is remotely acceptable

Like I said I think long term and you seem to not think that way.

Uniteds Trust to Ole is paying off because their fans love him and the Board trusts him. Now he has a top class attack and his Defense looks better. You would have already sacked him.

I already mentioned Pools Trust and love for Klopp and they also think long term.

People here think that Lamps job is easy, but in all fairness to y'all, it is one hell of a job.The Chelsea job itself is hard, but these players, many injuries, no fucking Hazard and a Transfer ban, it is horrible.

there is a reason why Pep Never Wanted to come to us. He would have needed a whole new Squad.

I Trust in Lamps and I will give him two Transfer Windows, so he can implement his style. I hope our Board gives him some Good Signings.

Is the "joking" only to when we should not sack him. Cause the post i quoted wants him sacked by the new year. I mean seriously WTF.

Sacking him now will not end well.....it would be unfair. But letting him lose every match till may and still have him around as manager is in no shape or form a good idea. Roman will bring his war axe long before that in that case.

Second half against West Ham fair enough but Everton was lost due to dire finishing. We should have ended that game by half time.

Did we create much in that Everton game? We made so many stupid mistakes at the back and got physically overrun by them.

Not true, before their recent wins they all wanted him out......he only has to hit another patch of dire results and he is likely gone. Especially with Poch around.

PPlastic? Hahahaha. Do you understand the meaning of the word plastic.

You, the person who wants our manager sacked without even giving him a whole year is calling someone else plastic.

The same person who writes up the same shit "transfer" deals as if its a child's job to do without having any actual knowledge of the accounts or the fact that there are other clubs and aprties involved too. "If marina cant get this done, she knows nothing" LOLOLOL.

I might be a keyboard commando, but I would still say the same thing face to face with anyone saying that we should sack lamps. Unlike some people my love for the club and its personnel is not based on us winning.

Moreover, I understand what this season represents, which is transition. Transition from being a defensive team to attacking unit. Transition from a team based out of roman's wallet to using the youth and academy. And hence willing to (understandably) giving lamps the time, specially when the squad it so short-handed. But most of these things wont be understandable to a plastic like you.

Most worrying things.

No matter who we play iin the back four the defence is a total shambles and it looks like Frank and Jody have no idea what to do about it. Even against the poorest teams the defence shits itself anytime a ball is played into the box. Some of the scrambles today were non league level comedy defending.

However, the most worrying thing is seeing rubbish teams simply fight harder than us. I can forgive our players not being good enough (we need a mass overall because most are not good enough) or players being off form, but not fighting hard enough is unacceptable st any pro level and that's happened against West Ham, Everton and today..

The players look mentally and physicallly flat. Are they being overtrained?  There's got to be a reason for almost the entire team playing so far below their best and not working hard enough. Whatever is going on both manager and players have to do much better than this!

Of course it was an exaggeration, just like the exaggerated post of the other person.

Mate, even thinking of lamps getting the sack right now is unbelievable. I seriously cant even understand why he is the one disposable for people when we have 5-10 players in the squad that need to either be sold or upgraded. The fact that people are calling for his head right now, is shameful to say the least.

I have done nothing but think in terms of the long term even horizon since I joined this board

I am all out the long view and active proactively

if he go complete shamble and trash our season, we will have a very hard time recruiting certain levels of players

missing ALL Europe for next year would be shambles in my book (Wolves and Leicester (pretty much a lock at this point as they have a 10 poit lead now, although it could have been 12) above us, along with the other 5 traditional powers does just that)

it crushes our revenue and makes it very hard to recruit players off teams that do have Europe (especially CL)

Spuds is obviously a HUGE game

but the 2 bigger ones are against Arse

win those (and do NOT fuck up verses shit teams)

and we should get 7th at worst
