45m is a good deal. A lot better than 60/70m.

Absolutely.

I can live with 45m for this guy. He has bags of potential and if it doesn't work out, then for that price it won't feel like we have made another mistake.

£45m mistakes add up damn fast.

We pissed away close to £180m on Morata, Drinkwater, Bats, and Bakayoko (just on fees) Thats £45m average.

There's normally talk about the board doing good business in terms of departures, but we have probably lost more money all in all than gained with such signings.

Have Juve even paid for Cuadrado yet?

Yes, they paid 20m euros (around £17m at the time) in the deal made on  May 22, 2017.

They are paying in three annual installments as originally thought -

The 28-year-old has now put pen to paper on a contract that ties him to the Bianconeri until 30 June 2020, with Chelsea receiving the £17.3m (€20m) over three annual instalments to begin in the 2017/2018 financial year.

So one more instalment of around 6.5m quid to go.

BVB must draw the right lessons from the 1: 2 in Dusseldorf

Christian Pulisic is paralysed in a frighteningly weak form

this deal looked very plausible from the beginning. lets see how it works out.

HIs end product is shit and i cant stand that but he still has time to work on his decision making and composure. He has one trait however that I really like and that is his directness when running at players. instad of turning and passin gbakcwards when having beat a player (Willian specialist of squandering those) he knocks the ball into space and goes full sprint.

Dortmund reportedly gonna reinvest the Pulisic funds to buy Thorgan Hazard , which makes sense weakening their direct competition. Also Thorgan is in the form of his life. I wonder whether going for him instead of Pulsiic would tempt the more talented older brother to stay. Especially if we continue playing false 9, we can easily afford playing both...

We have right of first refusal on Thorgan, no? Keep seeing conflicting info.

some say we even have a buy back clause.

However, not even Thorgan imself knows^^

but from the sound of it, he would not say no if we were to bid for him.

Not saying Pulisic is bad or doesn't have the potential to become a top player, but I'd be so disappointed if we were to buy him while the likes of Fekir and Isco move to our rivals. Both are far superior to Pulisic right now and I don't think they'd be risks at all.

But neither will be in the RW position will they?

Can;t see no reason why we couldn't even buy all 3!! Scuze me while I stop laughing!.

We get a Isco/Eden swap, Fekir as AM and Pulisic,

Or Eden stays. One less problem to sort - Just as long as he doesn't go to another English team.
