Nice half of football. Did not think that we could execute Sarriball so quickly. Exp the ball retentiona nd the quick ball circulation was excellent. I can see esp Luiz and Fabregas being rejuevated by this play. The final ball was still lacking tho. CHO was once again immense.Morata and Alonso are the players who are already out of their depth playing this fast. I can see BArkley excelling as he showed glimpses of today.Zappacostas crossing has been surprisingly accurate too. Pedro will be perfect in the "Callejon" role as he is basically the same player.

I know it is preseason but Morata needs to perform better.. He is lacking that final touch and decision making....If he continues like this i am afraid we will not challenge the PL title again...

I have a sneaky feeling Musonda could really do well in this system. This style suits both CHO and Musonda. Maybe we will finally see our Youth get the platform we have longed to see. I could be wrong.

Hope so. Guardiola's Barcelona and Bayern had good defensive records but he went all gung-ho in his first Premier League season and look what happened. Hopefully, Sarri is more adaptable.
