Clockwork 1,794
Trev is a tough player to asses, what is clear he is not good enough to be your #1. But he does have versatility and solid player. He is also an academy player. With a very good offer say 25-30m i would sell, but i wouldn't sell just for the sake of selling.

Vesper 30,175
Trevoh Chalobah's aide banned from Chelsea as new details emerge - 'someone can't be trusted,' says pundit https://www.footballinsider247.com/trevoh-chalobahs-aide-banned-from-Chelsea-as-new-details-emerge-someone-cant-be-trusted-says-pundit/ Trevoh Chalobah’s personal trainer will never be allowed back inside Chelsea after his private messages were leaked online. Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, former Tottenham and Aston Villa defender Alan Hutton couldn’t believe the private criticism was allowed to get out into the public domain. As shared by the Daily Mail (19 September), Ed Hodge, who works closely with Chalobah branded the Blues’ injury crisis “an absolute mess” in a now deleted Twitter post which shared screenshots of the direct messages sent by Hodge. He also criticised the type of training at Stamford Bridge citing it as the reason for all their injury issues. Summer signings Moises Caicedo, Romeo Lavia and Christopher Nkunku are currently absent with Reece James, Wesley Fofana, Benoit Badiashile and Carney Chukwuemeka all still on the treatment table. Hutton urged fans not to read too much into the comments but couldn’t believe they were able to be aired so publicly. “It is just his opinion,” he told Football Insider. “I can be in a squad and think we haven’t done enough of something or the sports scientist can be telling you you need to do more running or the manager deciding that you have done. “My biggest issue is how has that got out? If you are having a private conversation between friends, how has that got into the public domain? Obviously somebody can’t be trusted. “Everybody has their own opinion and you just have to be careful who you share it with. He might be in and around the club all the time and this is just his own opinion, the problem is he won’t be allowed in the club anymore.“
Thor 2,703
There is some toxicity in and around the club still. That needs to be aired, gotten rid of before we go on to winning football and enjoying life again as fans.

There is always toxicity inside the locker room. Out of 25 or so players, we've got more today, some play and some do not. The ones who don't play, who don't get minutes, are never really happy. It's up to the the manager and coaches to keep everyone engaged and "wanting." Player's agents? just ignore them. A lot more than getting rid of a few unhappy players separate us from having a winning side.

A lot more than getting rid of a few unhappy players separate us from having a winning side. It's not even about being happy, it's about the players accepting a bigger wage to train at Chelsea rather than leave and prove themselves elsewhere. Chalobah had a very good offer from Forest at the end of the transfer window and he declined it. Toxicity will always be there, I don't recall any of this toxicity coming through during pre-season, it only started after the poor start to the season with Nkunku, Reece being unavailable for a long period of time and the club thought it was a good idea to rush through Caicedo, Lavia, Palmer signings very late in the window. The other big factor in toxicity is the fact that we're stuck with players who know they are on the for sale list (Cucurella, Chalobah, Maatsen). OneMoSalah 8,886
Chalobah’s trainer makes a comment. Big whoop. He pointed out what anybody with 2 eyes can see by looking at a injury list. Chalobah was well within his right not to leave here for Forest too. Despite the small per saying he should of etc - a solid squad player to have. If you consider the "expensive" bets we've been making, this will happen again as some of these players won't pan out, which means this contract is the best they will ever get. Long deals... high wages... big club... why would they leave?

Paraguay has a history for producing excellent defenders. He's short for CB at 5'11", so could imagine him moving to FB in a physical league like PL, but I've also seen some excellent short CBs in the past, like Paraguay's Carlos Gamarra who once stopped England in the World Cup.
