Our own fault tho. Been here since he was 6 abd we didn't instill a sense of pride or loyalty in him!

yeah with long-ass contracts! :)

Honestly his last cameos, and the fact he's been in the senior squad this season seem like a desperation move.

The player is being "professional" and looking for the best option for him. Can't say the same about the club though.

Football "journalism" has some odd wordings.  How have we called Bayern's bluff?  He's just not for sale right now, and definitely not 3 days before the window closes.  Unless Bayern are suggesting that it's "take it or leave it, we won't be coming back" which hasn't really been suggested anywhere.

Hazard - Higuain - CHO

This must be our starting front line for the League and more difficult EL games from now on. There is no way CHO will perform worse than Willian and, therefore, Chelsea should be doing their best to make him stay beyond the summer.

It's self explanatory to us, the problem is the club/management will come out with the usual generic bollocks of 'he must be managed correctly' which translates to "We don't want to upset Willian or Pedro so he will be in and out of the side"

Willian keeps his head above water and has done so with his little cameo efforts against Forest and Sheff Wed, but that shouldn't mask how average he's been. If CHO is given the chance, starting with Bournemouth this week he will continually prove to them he can do it, but it's whether they have balls to keep playing him.

Well if he's a Bayern player by the start of the next season then for me the club has managed to fuck this thing up big big time. Not saying Callums the best thing since sliced bread, but he a true Chels this guy and frankly the most talented attacking player coming from the Academy. We've all watched a lot of guys during their youth (Tammy, Aina, McEachran, Boga, Musonda, Kakuta and a lot others) thinking they are going to end up as world beaters, but truly did any of them looked that special as Callum?? Frankly this kid has got them all pace, trickery, swagger, he's fucking special this lad and I'm going to say this again a Chelsea through and through.

Seems clear to me the kid must play with Eden and Higuain from now on not because we risk losing him but because he better than the other options Willian and Pedro are gash folks Callum must play ahead of them two simple as that.

It is evident the club is run by businessmen vs football experts. Who ever they invest in, they will tell the manager they must play given the club wasted resources on them. It couldn't be more evident.

It's only when our academy players are in the limelight do they realise something is actually there. And even then, it takes a threat from that player for the club to respond.

They are not football people. That is why a director of football is an absolute must. Particularly one of Sarri/Zola's choosing.

RLC does well at the world cup. RLC threatens to leave the club, gets more playing time.

Get's interest from Bayern. CHO threatens to leave the club, will probably now get more playing time.

Mind boggeling how certain players are still here when these players are responsible for why we have done so poorly in Europe over the years.

Pulisic coming in the summer, so the danger he might push the move again is still there though. And don’t think Sarri will suddenly play him regularly either. Would be interesting to see his reaction though.

Good.If Hazard leaves in the summer, there is a good chance CHO will stay and be the  first choice  for the LW position next season. If Eden stays, then we will probably lose him but it won't be that painful.

P. S. I was mad at the kiddo yesterday and insulted him  so i appologize. But the club should be respected and CHO is no exception.

He was always gonna be playing those FA Cup ties against Championship level sides though, nothing to do with Bayern being interested that he did indeed play. Whether he starts to get more minutes in the league because the club are desperate is a completely different matter.

I was just gonna reply you on Twitter...!

Maybe but there's no way to be sure of that. I mean, Sarri went from 'he's not ready, he needs to improve' to 'he's ready, he's on the same level as Pedro/Willian' in like a month.

+ When we played a Championship side in Derby County in the League Cup earlier this season, CHO was left unused on the bench.

True, but it was only really after the Derby County match that he even started playing minutes in the EL and played well in those games.

Also there's other factors too. In October things were still looking quite good in all competitions and Willian/Pedro were performing reasonably well and without injuries or fatigue. It was only around the hectic period around Christmas that their form dropped and both got some minor injuries too.

I really can't blame Sarri for not playing CHO much more in the first half of the season because the way I see it he's still gotten a decent amount of minutes for someone who was only 17 at the start of the season! For the first months under Sarri the team were flying and you don't make drastic changes to a winning lineup if nobody gets injured but when either of those things change it's time to try something different and it's natural that a player like CHO had to start getting some minutes, at least in the lesser competitions like the FA Cup and League Cup. Perform in those games like CHO has done and it gives Sarri a good reason to select him in more and more games. Now it's up to Sarri to do just that.

Or it's all only because Bayern started sniffing around, take your pick.
