He's a bang average player that somehow continues to be trusted by Sarri. Barkley has no business starting games against big teams.

I disagree, he provides physical presence in midfield. If we have Paul pogba, there is no way we will play Barkley but we have either rlc who has not played in 2 months, Barkley or kovacic.

Really frustrating watching him, his touches are usually like Lukaku's and decision making could be a lot better. He actually slows the team offence down by playing backwards, taking the unnecessarily extra touch. However I enjoyed the beautiful free kick:

He's a very good squad player but simply not good enough to start regularly for Chelsea.
