I just mentioned him as someone to keep an eye on. And I don't think we can sell Kepa. And he can still came good imo.

only way to sell Kepa is to probably take around 30-35m t-fee plus pick up half his 10m per year salary (still 5 goddamn years left after this one!!!)

so around a £65m or so total loss

Fuck. I really hoped we are going to sign decent backup who will push Kepa. 

But now like we already saw in this season even if he is in bad form he is still our best GK. 

Willian is next... Especially after Mertens stood up Lampard and CHO going Adam Johnson route.

the team may be the exact same, except with Ziyech swapped for CHO

I think Willy not long back signalled clear intention to leave at the end of the season, so hopefully this is done purely because the season is going to go past June then we let him go.

Maybe, maybe not. With so much uncertainty right now, players may have been forced to reconsider their plans. For Caballero, signing an extension means at least he'll have the security of wages, still being involved in football etc while for the club, at least we have a backup secured for another season. If there is an opportunity to buy a new GK, maybe we would sell Caballero and buy a new GK. Otherwise, we would just stick with him for now.
