Cant believe Englands best CB is not going to the world cup. Roy should be begging him to join the squad. Terry and Cahill play together week in week out, its perfect for England. :(

More perfect for us.

Fuck England and Fuck the world cup for me.

Oh 'idiot' nice insult really, aren't you one of the top members here who is really respected, seems as though the Internet fame has gone to your head so you think you can go around and label all the newcomers.

FYI you don't need to create an account to see when someone is saying Mikel is the best player in the team, I saw everything.

I was in a pretty bad mood at the time and you calling me out like that did irk me a bit, so sorry for that. Regardless, please find a quote of me saying that Mikel is the best player in the team. If you do, I'll delete my account on here.

lol at the comments... it's really irrelevant whether Terry touched the football or not - his actions made the goal.

Bravery, athleticism (?!), and technique all in a split of a second....I'd just thank him for the 3 points. :)

BTW, a team becomes dangerous (capable of winning silverware) when it wins matches when not playing well; when it finds ways to win a match.

Liverpool got Gerrard, City got Kompany and those 2 are clearly doing well this season partly because of that, we are lucky we got Terry atm. Look at Arsenal, where their captain is on the bench and continually injured and will most likely leave this summer(Vermalen) and MU who their captains had already admitted he want to leave and continue putting in shockers every match like yesterday.

I don't think it was John's fault, cech should've done better. He keeps confusing defenders by coming out for the ball and never catching it or punch it. He keeps making the same mistake, that's his only weakness.

If it was Luiz in the same situation, people would call for his head by now.

John did a terrible job marking him. Period. Even if Cech was also not brilliant in that situation that doesnt make the fact that Terry was also at fault less.

Terry's defending for the goal conceded was just piss poor, especially after the high standards he has set this season. As I mentioned in the Cech's thread, both of them were at fault and in Terry's case, he should done his job properly, mark Chedjou and don't give them any chance to score but we did and against a team that was rather ordinary. Ugh!
