BlueLyon 9,359
How ironic tht our POTY lost us the title lolTo be honest even if he scored 2 own goals, we still should beat Palace 4:2. He didnt cost us the title, our whole team fucked up massively. Hazard, Lamps, Iva, Matic, Oscar, Torres, Schurrle,...they didnt give a shit about winning the game and the title. Popular Post! CHOULO19 24,332 Posted March 29, 2014 Popular Post! Share Posted March 29, 2014 His first OG since 2003. His reaction, if anything, made me love him even more. His passion was clear by how much heart-broken he was. If everyone on the pitch showed as much passion we would have won. BlueLion. 21,491
If there's one player you don't mind scoring an own goal, it's JT. The amount of times he's put his body on the line for this club... only a matter of time before one misjudged jump or a massive deflection ended up going in his own goal. For a do-or-die defender, it's amazing that's his first OG for more than ten years. ChelseaFSee, Spike and haranr
didierforever 7,349
Its not the own goal that was his worst moment yesterday. It was the miss from the corner just before the goal (I think). Free inside the box and he completelt missed it. That was the moment where I knew we were going to lose. Still CLL.

Shame that none of it went in especially one that just went over the bar. Was so close! didierforever

Special Juan 28,141
Extremely unlucky with the OG. He's been immense this season, best centre back in the PL without doubt, nobody even close, funnily enough the closest to him is probably his CB partner Cahill Sat with a bloke in the pub yesterday (Liverpool fan) and we were talking our best 11 of the season, his words were...."I'd put Terry in there but he's a cunt"I replied "You have Suarez what does that have do with it"Soon shut that twat up!! Henrique 9,133
Playing game after game, we would face the truth at some point. Terry is not reborn. Own goal in a decisive match against Crystal Palace, days later a horror display in the most important game of the season.Terry+Cahill is a false strong CB partnership, and the other CB is an error making machine. Improving our defense should be our top priority for the next season.
Vybz Kartel 1,613
His been overplayed and its starting to show, rest him this weekend and play Luiz there or better off Ivanovic moves back in and Cole moves to LB
CHOULO19 24,332
The thing is, everyone judges player performances on single incidents. Take that mistake out and he'd have had a very good game and kept Ibra in his pocket for more than 70 minutes. But that was a pretty bad mistake nonetheless. Lack of concentration maybe or maybe he was waiting for a shout from someone behind him that never came. On any account, I think he knows that the right thing to do was put it out for a corner. He'll bounce back, no doubt. Watch him score against Stoke. Madmax
Special Juan 28,141
Everytime a ball came in to our box we looked a mess, not just JT.Him and Cahill have been superb so to label a lot of last night on Terry isn't right at all. He will know himself that header was poor, but lets be frankly honest with ourselves here, had some others in the gruop performed at JT's levels this year we might be a lot closer to our achievements than we are now.
