Can you imagine if Hazard had players of comparable talent playing with him and attacking un unison? He alone can spark something in our sad attack, with a little bit of proper quality help it would be unbelievable. At least between 2011-13 we were building towards a youthful, attacking side. Now we have fuck all of that because Mourinho threw them out the door as soon as he arrived and made Branislav Ivanovic the most important player on the pitch.

While Jose made a mistake with KDB that transfer policy had so many flaws, we were signing nimble players and not thinking about team balance, if we carried on that way we would have been Liverpool spice boys mark 2.

Who was building towards that? Because the club then hired Jose knowing exactly what he was.

When we designed the stadium we hired architects who specialised in sports stadia. What we did with Jose was hire an architect who,specialises in skyscrapers. You can't then moan when the stadium looks like the Gherkin.

You can actually see how he has so much of a better understanding with Pedro than anyone else. Because Pedro's played with the likes of Messi and Neymar, he knows what movement to make to enable Hazard. He still needs to work on his game, but he's the only player who's got the intelligence and skill to play with Eden.
