Can't you just say,

We are in need of a great manager.

Mourinho is a great manager.

He has a great history with us.

We need a great man manager

He is a great man manager.

He is the special one.

No one thinks he is bigger than the club. But we will get excited about this as much as we would get excited about signing hazard for example.

I'm not denying those two points, but I think the term don't turn back comes to mind, especialy with such a short term manager who is no garuantee to have the same success as he did last time. And from what I have seen in peples overly dramatic posts, it does seem they put him bigger then the club.

He is our saviour in terms of having a manager for more than six months ! It is hot response for most of fans here when you see your favourite manager in London, i see no problem with that.

You say that José is not the one that takes club forward, are you serious ? We were nothing compared to where we are ! He won us titles, respect, some jalousy from others, and made us a great team, now, for the egos & Terry-José problem, that is absolutely true.But, you dont sack managers because of a bad start of the season, look at Galliani & Allegri, Milan were 17st in october if my memory is right, they are second now, we'll never know if he could "lunch the Chelsea machine" that season, and he had injuries.

Your vision of José is a person who love himself too much and create problems with his players because he thinks he is right most of times, well, it is true, but, if your players who won nothing begins to win titles when you arrives, you deserve fucking respect for your winning methods at training.Just like Brian Clough's 44 days at Leeds United, Mourinho will always have this confrontational style, its his nature, i think Terry surely regreted his departure.

What I mean he is not the person to take our forwards because

he is not someone you use ot create a sustainable long term future. I laid it

out before, Jose's style is hedonism personified. Yes he will give you trophies

if you have a good team ready (the likes of Lampard, Terry, Gallas,, Makelele

etc. all were brought under and made a cog in the machine by Raneiri, who also

oversaw the transfers of Cech, Robben etc.) and give him funs to by readymade

stars, he will give you for 3 seasons trophies (although tats not guaranteed,

at Real Madrid if he does not win the Champions league his rein at Madrid will

be seen as a massive disappointment). But like I said with Inter and us to an

extent, once he leaves, then you have problems with a big powerful dressing

room that is difficult to control (often impossible) and o long term plan. I

honestly don't want that again, if it means another 5 years of unpredictability

that could lead to a few of complete mediocrity (look at Inter for Christ

sakes).

He left us and we won, he left Inter and they won a cup before doing shit, he'll leave madrid and left them in a better position than they were.You talk about the future, i see José as the only manager NOW capable of doing good things, give me a manager capable to : Play the youth, win titles, play attractive football, and make everybody happy.
