Stats 7,142
ah I did not mean to say taking pedro off would do it... just that the manage must be cognizant of the fact he's got another attacker on the pitch. If Pedro deserves his starting positon ( so far he hasn't) then adapt in other areas - formation for example.I was shocked by our starting XI today. Too open too attacking for an away fixture. The same can be said about Newcastle. They went with a 4-4-2. That says a lot about how bad our defence is and they realised and exploited it. Muzchap 8,966
Just need to ditch the 4-2-3-1 bollox and try 4-4-2 or 4-3-3 It's just sad and depressing

Newcastle are bad but they were playing at home.
lionsden 4,689
he's been shocking since his debut appearance. dwells too long on the ball, turns the ball over and get disposed quite easily, Offers no genuine width and threat offensively. Those who think he's superior to willian and a better option must be joking.
CHOULO19 24,332
Should NOT have been starting that game. We needed pacey hard workers like Willian and Ramires not technical players like Pedro and Fabregas. I'm really surprised by Jose refusing to make the selection and tactical changes for those tough away games...

This is a myth. willian is more technically gifted than Pedro and fabregas but get your overall point. Styles

Those who think he's superior to willian and a better option must be joking. He is and he'll come good. The team is broken. I'm not even looking at individuals because Matic looks poor, Cesc looks poor, Hazard looks poor, Diego looks poor. It goes on and on. A decent sub appearance from Willian doesn't erase his lackluster performances either. When Chelsea start looking like a good unit again, then we'll see how good the players are on an individual level. Those who think he's superior to willian and a better option must be joking.Offers no genuine width? Think you have forgotten that our RW is basically the RB and our RB is the RW.No threat offensively? C'mon now. We've seen him make some very good runs behind the opposition's defence (that 1-on-1 chance against Newcastle for instance), create chances, take shots at goal (a lot more than some of our other AMs) and score goals too (again, more than our other AMs). hjperdeath and stroey

didierforever 7,349
@Pacquiaoi dont know how much pedro would have actually helped barca in their current predicament. but this is exactly why u cant go into the season for the first 5 months with just 6 players for 6 spots. it was downright foolish of barca. whats worse is that the signs were already there after they were raped 4-0 cos their squad looked battered after the europe super cup.
