Spike 12,049
By the way he is not from la masaiiaPedro joined Barcelona in 2004 from San Isidro. He didn't make his debut till 2007. During that time he played for the Barcelona C & B teams who train at La Masia.John Terry joined Chelsea in 1995 from West Ham. He didn't make his debut till 1998. During that time he played in the reserves at Cobham (or whereever the youth trained during the 90s).Since Pedro didn't come from La Masia, John Terry didn't come from Chelsea. That means Chelsea hasn't had a successfull youth since I don't knwo Bobby Tambling?Lionel Messi came from Newell's Old Boys does that mean he also didn't come from La Masia? Comparing both of these guys to Messi isn't right either because Messi has been with Barcelona since he was like 10 years old.

JT and Pedro both spent at the very least 3 years in there respective teams youth setups before debut. Messi spent at the very least four years the youth setup before making his debut in 2004. bababoom 4,478
So beating a team doesn't mean you're better? What does.. losing?Well, we lost to west brom, guess they're better than us... eh.

Spike 12,049
On the other hand we could sign Pedro...Pedro: Hey, Messi can I score when I want?Messi: No! Why do ask such stupid questions? Gosh.Pedro: ...Okay.

manpe 10,861
On the day, but not overall.Barca haven't beaten us on fair terms, that should count for something. Anyway, don't judge me when I say that I think we are better than them after we epically eliminated them. I can see where people are coming from, all the "best team ever" talk and all, but I believe our playing style overcomes Barca when we go face to face. That doesn't mean they don't have players we could benefit from, they do, I just don't want Pedro very much.. I think we can do better. LDN Blue 7,903
That seems to be a recent thing. A lot of players from La Maisa that end up leaving don't always return. Quique Alvarez, Gabri, Sergio Garcia, Roger Garcia, Thiago Motta, Fernando Navarro among others never returned. Arguably these guys were never as good as Pedro but they don't always return to 'where they belong'. Also Cesc was suffering so he had to retuern, well according to Xavi anyway.Yeah true! Now that Pep is leaving the lure of Barca might start diminishing. A long shot, but stranger things have occurred

Pacquiao 1,834
I would absolutley love us to sign Pedro, i feel he would be a perfect fit for us,He can dribbleHe has great techniqueHe is obviously a very good passerHe is very comfortable in possessionHe presses the ball superblyHe will work hard defensivleyHe can score goals with both feetHe has a great touchHe has great vision,He is a big game player,He would also be very dangerous on the counter attackHe would cost under £15 Million, as he only has a year left on his contract.I feel he would be such a perfect player for us and Mourinho.http://metro.co.uk/2015/04/24/barcelona-winger-pedro-has-emerged-as-a-transfer-target-for-chelsea-club-could-make-a-bid-this-summer-5165026/
stroey 2,525
When Mou was at Madrid, I always hated to see Pedro running 1 on 1 with Iker, he always scored. He was very clinical.Reminds me of our Schurrle, a goal scoring winger who could also play CF when needed. So he basically would replace Schurrle. The best thing about him, is that he is a two footed finisher, also like Andre. Would welcome him as a suber sub, squad player but not for more than 15M. The Mak 4,459
Honestly don't know why we spent so much on Cuadrado, such a waste of money. Pedro is what we need. He's an all-round brilliant player and he's been doing it year-in year-out, not just one good season like Cuadrado (even though they're a similar age!).Pedro can pass, finish, track back, is a WC winner and is apparently available for as little as £12m. Unbelieveable no-brainer. If it were up to me I would get shot of Cuadrado ASAP before his value falls any further and get Pedro in, though it won't happen. kellzfresh 7,229
I used to love Pedro during the Guardiola era but he's been used minimally since then. I'm not sure if his passing and finishing is as good as he used to be anymore. He'll be even better than Sanchez if we get the 2011 Pedro
CurlyHairLikeLuiz 1,625
No way. Mou won't spend any more money on RW unless he gets a huge offer for Willian. How old is Pedro anyway? 29?

Crazy how much talent Barcelona had in that age range.
OneMoSalah 8,886
Very good player, plays both flanks, technically very good and knows where the goal is (basically a goal every 3 games at Barca). Incredibly hard worker too, if hes available I think we'd be daft not to consider him. Hes won the lot in Spain and in Europe as well as the Euros and World Cup on the international stage. Only 27 years old too.
Madmax 9,219
The Guardian says we are in fact looking at him. Absolute no brainer if true.
