falcao torres swap.

Atletico Madrid may love Fernando Torres, but to believe they would just straight up take a swap with no cash is insane. They aren't stupid, they know that Falcao is better than Torres and to sanction this deal would be the worst piece of transfer business in the world. And not to mention the fact that Torres earns more than Falcao..

i know dude, but cant a man dream. also i would go to an extent of saying torres+20mil for falcao but even if that is accepted, madrid would never accept his wages.

plus we all know that torres is not going anywhere this winter, maybe summer but definitely not this winter.

We should buy Barcos, cheaper than Falcao and almost as good as him.

Palmeiras is having a bad time but Barcos is really great. Scored 27 gols this year and has been playing for Argentina. Is tall but has talent, is not slow, has a good technique and first touch, can play outside of the area and can link well with the midfield. To me, his best quality is that he is really calm, no matter what. Team losing, Palmeiras going to 2º division, suporters crying, 90 min, last play with Barcos and... Goal. He is crazy cold. Together with Fred of Fluminense, is making a really good season. He would be a good reserve, at least.

All his goals this year.

The goal that i'm talking about.

Not shit pray-say, but as the people above said, "oh bad run of form, better get someone eles"

Nobody said that either. One person mentioned Barcos because he is cheaper, not because Falcao is out of form. Another mentioned Falcao's form has dipped. Nobody has directly said " oh bad run of form, better get someone eles".

Bad run of form has been mentioned and buying someone else has been metioned but not in the same post and not by the same poster. Both statements are mutually exlcusive.

Get Falcao and Jovetic!!!!!!!!

Sell Torres and Danny.

That should at least put us close to Manchester clubs in terms of attacking power.

Torres and Danny will come of combined 30/40mio and Falcao+Jovetic around 80mio. The difference is 40-50mio, we can afford that, just fucking do something in attack.

If Marin doesnt play, sell him and bring someone else...no point of having such player.

When I look at United and City's strike force, they've got 3-4 very good strikers. We have none. Over this January window and in the summer, we need to shift on Sturridge and Torres (in whatever order necessary). Bring in 2 of Cavani, Falcao, Lewandowski, Huntelaar, Jovetic, Villa or Llorente.

Yes 2 may seem very unrealistic at this point. However I do mean over 2 transfer windows. Huntelaar is almost out of contract. I simply do not care that he is not world class and is a bit of a risk. He will come extremely cheap/free and can't stop scoring. We simply must get him. It would be a smart buy. Then we can take our pick and get a big name Striker like Falcao or Cavani.

We don't just need a new striker but a new strikeforce. The team still needs a hefty amount of improvement (New Strikeforce, CM, possibly a CB). Its up to Abramovich on whether he chooses to spend and if he does, exactly how much.
