The club is certainly not going to leak that info and Cole has as many friends in the media as JT has, he's also never going to give them anything. I think the chances of us getting reliable info on that particular deal are close to none.

Whatever his wages are it´s irrelevant. He is worth it. The club saved money by signing him, I feel.

This one year deal makes as much sense for Ashley as it does for us. We get another year of quality service and it also gives the club another year of scouting for his replacement. For Ashley Cole he doesn't risk a year of upheaval before the World Cup especially with Leighton Baines really pushing his position. It's a win-win for player and club.
