if we're going to play Cesc as #10 we need someone more like him. Playing Mikel is just annoying, frustrating and BAD.

Mikel has done fine IMO. He's broken up play very well in the middle of the park. The movement going forward is just poor though and he's not a player that consistently picks out the passes.

Willian just ain't a goal scorer.

He has a nice set of skills....he has the ability to make the pass, he tracks back, he's a speedster....but he has no idea what to do in the final third. He'll pass it to the wrong person or send a shot into the stands. It's weird lol.

He has the technical ability to make a pass, too bad he doesn't have the vision to make one.
