didierforever 7,349
BBC have it as £40m yeah, just took it from there. Various other outlets have it between £40m-£50m so I just took the most pessimistic price.from cesc to torres!!! seriously?

BlueLyon 9,359
No-one's really going to look to Remy like that. Much like Ba was, I'm sure the consensus will be that Loic is simply coming in to make the numbers in options for attack. However as to whether he could fill in for Costa, should the Spaniard face a long injury, I don't see why he couldn't. It's not like he's completely useless. He has the belief and the talent, the former which abandoned Torres for so long.I know that, but you will see yourself his thread after few games Personaly, I just dont like his character for some reason, could change under Mou though, but if it takes 10m-15m more to get Bony, I would take that in sec. xPetrCechx 13,571
Chelsea have contacted QPR about the striker's availability on either a loan or permanent deal. (Mail) #CFC #QPRFCRemy has made it clear that he wants to leave Loftus Road for a team playing in Europe's elite competition. #CFC #QPRFC (Mail)Remy impressed on loan at Newcastle United last season, scoring 14 goals in 26 league games. #CFC (Mail)
Sir Mikel OBE 4,920
Would be a good move, but could he pass a physical? His heart issue scares me.
MrBlueGuy 1,552
Actually think about it a loan for 2-3m is better than signing him outright for 8m. Lets test him 1st and if he isn't up to it like Ba we can just send him back next summer and get a top class striker like Cavani if needed. Kieran. 6,317
Costa/Remy/Drogba would be amazing, unlikely as it may be.Looks likely now...

Toli 977
According to Di Marzio, we have signed Remy for 10 m euros. Everything agreed with QPR and the playerhttp://gianlucadimarzio.com/calcio-internazionale/chelsea-fatta-per-loic-remy-dal-qpr/

Cosmin 2,484
Our board and manager are doing an exceptional job this summer. Can't see another European club with such a good strategy and fast movement on the market as us. Well done!

Did you miss us signing Diego Costa or something? All I see from you is how we should sign Falcao, or Cavani etc.I'll say it again, delighted we don't have someone with your thought trail on the board. Namika 922
We could definetely some sort of 4411 with Diego behind him, so much pace.

We have a player who can do what Ba does in Costa. Remy offers something different.

What I see in Remy is a stop gap striker who will be replaced in few years time because he wont advance in his game here, much like Ba (bald prediction I know, but i think thats exactly how it will be). Bony type wouldnt be too expensive, still play alot of games and keep improving himself and team. Remy will add us quantity, but not quality IMO, then again who am to see in future...
