I really liked his style of play and no shit approach, but he extremely disappointed me as a professional. He seems to me like a little kid, when he doesn't like something he cries until somebody fixes things. He doesn't seem to have tried making it work in England. Just look how much of English has he spoken since joining and compare to Willian.
