communicate 2,703
Yes, many United fans saying 'he was backup to Falcao' like that proves Falcao is the much superior striker.. in my mind it's just petty, both are fantastic world class strikers and it's great to have them in the PL. I've been reading up on Costa and his rise over the past few years has been incredible, three years ago he was almost sold to Besiktas but it fell through due to his knee injury. He was loaned out, played out of position, but he kept on fighting and never gave up.Probably falcao is a better finisher but who cares, so far Costa has been absolutely fantastic. His movement, his pressing (he always sprint to press defender) and his defensive awareness (I saw him run to cover azpi when azpi was out of position, absolutely brilliant) bababoom

He's definitely better in the air though.I'd always take Costa RIGHT NOW though.

Falcao on the other hand was/is (haven't watch him for a while) a beast in the air for a short player

Jase 43,479
Not sure if this has been posted but...- Diego Costa has scored 4 goals in 3 Premier League appearances. It took Fernando Torres 39 matches to reach that same amount of goals.- Chelsea's strikers only scored 5 Premier League goals away from home last season (all came in 2014). Costa alone has already got 3 in the first 2 away games. Blue Armour, Styles and bababoom

I can just see the Liverpool, Arsenal, United, and City fans crying about how much of cunt he is ..That's one of his best assets for me apart from his actually all round ability. He will drive defenders fucking mad this year. I punched the air with delight when he wound that Everton player up after the goal. He's our cunt. Styles and BlueLion.
Popular Post! Styles 9,790 Posted September 3, 2014 Popular Post! Share Posted September 3, 2014 Costa is professional WUM. I can just see the Liverpool, Arsenal, United, and City fans crying about how much of cunt he is ..They have already started, trust me.The incident with Coleman wasn't the first time he's done something like that:They had been heating up for a while. The last time these two teams faced each other was just over a week ago in the Copa del Rey. The Betis centre-back Antonio Amaya gifted Costa the goal, heading past his own goalkeeper and leaving the Brazilian with an open goal. When they got down into the tunnel Costa rubbed it in. "He was very grateful," Amaya said afterwards. "He was shouting and thanking me for the gift. If my team-mates had not held me back, I would have killed him. That shows what kind of person he is: he has no heart and no shame."http://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2013/feb/04/douglas-costa-atletico-madrid-la-ligaDiegtroll The Chels, The Skipper, kellzfresh and 2 others
