Yeah Drogba should be in the clubΒ in some sort of capacity.Β

He can still bring a positive atmosphere around him.Β

And Im sure once he retires, he will be here.

Terry, Drogba and maybe even Lamps, Cech will all be part of our club once they retire.

I think if you grow up in-and-around football, you end up with enough time by 35+ to have mulled over and realised, football isn't everything - it's barely anything, when other things are considered. Drogba's a smart guy, and he knows he can still influence Africa in a great way. I don't see him ending up in a coaching role of any kind, nor admin role in football, because his heart is moreso in his continent than his club which is admirable.Β

Did you know Akon, the singer Akon, is literally the #1, most due-credit man to contribute to the growth of Africa in the past 5 years? The man initiated a rollout of electricity and power to over 100million people after securing funding from a Chinese firm (the $1b they lent him is child's-play); and that's nowΒ 100million Africans better-armed to fuel the progression of the lands around them. Because of a singer and his leverage.Β

So a footballer, who probably has made around the same amount as Akon, and has equal fame to Akon,Β from a similarlyΒ bleak background too, ANDΒ has already shown how passionate he is about promoting charity, will surely not waste his existence on this planet serving a sportΒ club; let's get real. He has only started his journey if he lives to fulfil his potential.

Chelsea slap Β£130m price tag on Diego Costa

IMHO IF we are determined to sell him then we really have to take full advantage of it. We have to use him in a swap or sell him for silly money. And IF we are selling him we really need to get another similar striker in 1st or we are in the shite.

Its remarkable what some people do, it realy is.Β

But usualy these guys will end up with alot more money than before. However, its nice they achieve that while helping the poor at same time.Β

Drogba will certainly get involved in his africa project, but that doesnt mean he cant have role here, even as ambassador. After all even in his prime football years, he helped funding africa at same time.

As for companies, no company will ever do anything if it wont get them even higher income than what was their outcome, even if it takes years.

I like the sound of this, this is smart, you want him then pay the money we ask. Chinese throwing big bucks left and right bragging about that shit league and how they will transform it into one of world's best leagues. You want the best players ok show us the money or fuck off. Over 1 billion people in that country and them fuckers can't produce a single top athlete, Yao Ming and Li Na probably their best products lately. Ha. There is countries with a population of under 10-15m people producing top athletes every year while this lot can't take their asses off their chair and their eyes off computer games.

Diego Costa at Chelsea:Β

⏰ - 100 Appearances
⚽ - 52 Goals
🎯 - 17 Assists

I think even more impressive for me, considering there are a lot of cup games, and maybe not so important games in those stats is that in 74 Premier League games, he has scored 47.Β

So...Β

74 appearancesΒ
47 goals
14 assistsΒ

Very impressive.Β

Predator. And some people here want him gone, that itself is more impressive than Costa's record.

He both scores and creates at a better rate than Aguero has his whole time in the PL if you take away Aguero's penalties. Comfortably too.Β

Some interesting stats really.Β

Glad this issue is resolved now - at least until the summer.

Diego is a beast and he's our beast - he's becoming as Talismatic as Drogs.

He gives 100% every game and sets the tone for the rest of the team.Β

I would love Sanchez here too - him and Costa setting the tempo would be immense!

The team need to play better for the rest of the season - but it's in our hands to lose!!!Β

I remember Drogba also being problematic at times.Β

Remember getting sent of in that CL final....

Eventually he matured. Here hoping the same with Costa.Β
