This just doesn't seem to make a hell of a lot of sense now does it? 19 players who count as foreigners the max is 17.

Hmm...Provided we're really keeping both goalkeepers, there aren't many players who can leave. Defenders aren't leaving, so that leaves only midfielders and forwards. Unless Torres is sold(which is hard to believe, considering his wages), it means the players who have to leave will be midfielders. Two of Mikel/Salah/Romeu/MVG will likely be sold or loaned out. Hope not MVG.

I think Mikel is certainly off, it's either that or Romeu going out on loan again.

Torres hopefully goes as well and we're very sorted.

Added in a poll regarding the non-HG players in the squad - "We have 19 non-HG players but we can only register 17 players. Which 2 players would you get rid off to stay within the limits?"

Just for the record, I know some of the players are unlikely to leave or be sold but added all of them in for formality purpose. And heck, it might even stir some interesting discussions if someone made a controversial vote.

S*** we have to get rid another 2 players. If we have to sold or loaned Mikel and Romeu, we're suddenly quite thin in that pivot position. As it is impossible we're going with only 2 striker for upcoming season, it is almost fixed our 3 striker non HG (regardless Torres sold, I think his replacement will be non HG too). Unless we could find a HG striker quite good to be 2nd striker, quite cheap, ready for PL. Jeez, find that kind of player as hard as getting rid of Torres. Plus we had to get rid Torres first, so basically we have 2 mission impossible.

Not that I'm not rated Schwarzer or something, but if Jose have a plan for Cech to stay, I think Schwarzer is a "waste of space" there in my opinion (apologize for the words). Hey, we already have 2 top GK, backup each other, rather put Blackman there as a 3rd, to be wise. Then we could only just sold or loaned one of our CM. It is more realistic without weaken another position.

I would of thought a Serie A club would take a chance on Mikel, he seems like he would do well in a slower paced league

Regarding Mikel, His agent apparently said he won't move because he wants to get his British passport as he's completed 8 years in the country in October. Don't know how true that is though.
