I posted this previously, but he's one of few Chelsea players that I actually hate(d). He's lottery winner to play at this level with his lack of technique, slow thinking, non existent weak foot and elephant turn.

He did not have his best game today, that's fore sure.

But noone had a good game, except Pedro maybe ... and Costa fore scoring a Goal.

Still Matic is a brilliant Football Mind .. and one of the Carriers and Pillars of this Team.

Even the best Players have bad days from time to time ...

He almost always has bad days though, the way that he stands close to a player, and doesnt even try to tackle him drives me crazy. He needs replacing ASAP.

He doesn't need to be superfast ...

Look at Kante. He is fast and athletic, but that does not prevent him of losing the Ball or playing passes into the dark ...

Matic, on his day, is the most complete Midfielder Offense/Defense in the EPL ... We need to keep him at Chelsea.

Fraud. If Conte is even thinking about him in our starting line up next season, he lost it. This season we had no alternatives to Matic and Moses while Conte didn't knew them entirely, I expect next season to upgrade on him because he really isn't and never was Chelsea material.

I believe his Position is as lone defensively minded Playmaker right behind Hazard/Pedro ore Willian .. and infront of Kante.

He's good enough against most PL teams when we can dominate the play and he's good enough to play through the group stage of the CL probably, but there's no way we can compete with any of the big boys with both he and Kante together. Too slow, lacks awareness, and very limited technically.

I will keep for squad depth. 

Not for a starter 11. We need to upgrade. 

I don't know much about Bakayoko, but I want Radja. Radja is what we need in the middle next to Kante.

There's no other seasoning and Portugal is completely different to the bigger leagues.
