Contrary to what was reported on Wednesday...

They can look shakey and lack drive against any level of opposition without Kompany. We can definitely beat them...

Anyone know what Mourinho's record is against Pellegrini?

Mourinho has won 5, drawn 1 and lost 1 of 7 meetings in all competitions against Pellegrini.

It has to be obviously noted that Pellegrini was only managing Malaga then..

Stats away....

1. Jose Mourinho has won 5, drawn 1 and lost 1 of 7 encounters in all competitions against Manuel Pellegrini.

2. Chelsea are unbeaten in their last 13 Premier League matches at Stamford Bridge - W11 D2 - and have scored at least 2 goals in 12 of those matches.

3. Chelsea have failed to win any of their last 5 matches in all competitions against Manchester City - D1 L4. Last win was in December 2011.

4. Manchester City have only won 4 of their last 12 Premier League away matches - D3 L5.

5. NINE goals have been scored in the final 15 minutes in 5 of last 7 Premier League meetings between Chelsea and Man City.

6. In 5 of the last 10 Premier League games between Chelsea and Man city, the team that has scored first have gone on to lose the game.

The team hasn't fired yet. Apart from the first half vs Hull, I don't think Chelsea have dominated a game for a good amount of time. It is a good sign that the team is winning games but note that we're only scraping wins. There is so much room to improve atm.

Tbh, I don't mind the rotation in the front four. We have a lot of attacking players and a lot of games, you'll need all of them in form. As for the chemistry, I think Jose is trying to build a system where anyone of our players can come in or go out of the side with minimal effect.

That is an ideal scenario which I think will never happen.
