The young Belgian is on a contract stand-off with United at the moment and as long as they come up with a package that is acceptable to the teenager,

Barcelona and City are showing interest but Juventus seems to be the frond runner after they acquired Paul Pogba from United.

On 11 August 2013, Januzaj made his competitive debut for Manchester United against Wigan Athletic in the 2013 FA Community Shield after coming on for Robin van Persie. He made hisPremier League debut a month later, coming on as a 68th-minute substitute for Ashley Young in a 2–0 home win over Crystal Palace on 14 September

Seems like an interesting prospect to add to our Belgium(?) contingent. Better poke our head in this scramble before its too late.

Must say he made the most impressive debut as a belgian youngster ever!

Closely followed by a certain E. Hazard. But then again... Eden was playing for Lille at that moment... Adnan was in a ManU shirt.

Will most definitely become one of our best players on a short notice. And undoubtedly one of the best players in the EPL in the next years.

If there is a chance of buying him... this is a no brainer. But probably he will be benched, loaned out or send to the reserve team. So naahh, let's not ruin this guys process!

He was born in Belgium but he is from Republic of Kosovo. Soon he will decide to play for Albania because R.Kosovo is not recognized in FIFA anyway i would love to see him here.

You don't want to miss out on being one of the Belgian golden generation.

The guy hasn't played for any of the junior NT's.

His father is a fiercely pushing him towards Albania.

But Albania is like a Giggs/Bale sentence: you'll never play an international tournament, so why bother.

Maybe Fellaini can push him gently towards Belgium for us.

Don't really have much hope though.

Albania is in the qualifying groups for the World Cup.

Yes, in fifth place in what is probably one of the easiest groups of the bunch. I meant they have no real chance of qualifying in the near future, and one amazing player will not change that, see Wales, for example.

He's as much a Belgian as Lukaku, Kompany, Fellaini and Benteke. Born and raised over here, learned how to play over here.

Do all of them have fathers pushing them to play for another country though?

Its kind of widely reported his dad wants him to play for Albania, and that pressure is kind of hard to walk away from.

Yea he might end up at Albania, I just replied to the man because I found it a strange thing to say.

Adnan is born and raised in Belgium and does not even have an Albanian passport. Adnan himself has not the same strong connection with Albania as his father. The only difference with Kompany etc is that he has a patriotic father who likes his son to play for another country. If Adnan really wanted to play for Albania he could have applied for a passport and played with them already.
