You lot must be on serious mind bending drugs if you think Ferguson is flapping. He knows that the fat controller isnt a threat and is simply enjoying giving him a bit of a dig. What he said was spot on in any case. He is a lucky manager. He happily sits and cunts our club and fans off while Snivelpool boss, and yet here he is, on the throne.

This is as bad an appointment as that cunt Grant was. Sad to say but our club has absolutely no class whatsoever with the way its acted over the last few weeks. Torres as well, for me, he has had his foot into Robbie's departure. Fucking miserable cunt he should be fucked off in January. And now it appears that Frank and Ashley will soon be off. Sad times all round

I like the idea that after 26 years of Fergie being in charge of United, all that's been written about him, all the stories that we have heard about him, that he's just doing this to have a bit of fun.

To me, that's very, very unlikely.

Whatever you may have thought of him, he's our manager now and he needs our backing for the good of our club. If his name wasn't Rafa Benitez and it was some other guy with the same CV and history, it would probably be the best appointment under the circumstances.

The fact that he said a few upsetting things when he was the Liverpool boss and he had to give Liverpool and competitive advantage and needed the backing of the Liverpool fans seems par for the course. If you can't get past that, I kinda understand.

U just said the stupidest thing ever by saying Ferguson will feel disappointed because he works so hard? How does he work so hard? He bloody cheats for everything and if that's not enough he's got like bucket fulls of luck!

Ferguson' smart, think about it, we're against City tomorrow, the reason Ferguson said this about Benitez is not only to have a bit of a dig but also to motivate him, he desperately wants city to drop points tomorrow, and now Benitez wants to prove Ferguson wrong.

Why is Fergie so openly jealous of Benitez for winning a trophy he won just 4 years ago?The CWC isn't the most coveted trophy among top managers is it?

If he wanted to take a dig he could have just referred to his bronze statue unveiled yesterday....strange... :blink:

Actually, Sir Alex is pretty keen on the CWC. He was doing his best to win it when his team had the opportunity and talked about it a lot with some pride. He rates even more than the Champions League actually - because you have to win it to have the possibility to be in Japan.

Since the start of the 2010-11 season City have been awarded 20 Premier League spot-kicks at home to Manchester United's 13.

However, last season United were given nine penalties at Old Trafford - one more than their neighbours.

Man U have had 2 pens at home this season..City 4....

Its not like its 20 pens and United got 5 or something....7 less for christ sake get over it....

Know its mind games but still could've done a bit better...
