Fernando Torres

Even if Wolfsbrurg realy offer enough money and wages, why the fuck would Torres want to join them? I think Torres will leave only if barca or some big club wants him, no chance of that happening.

The fucker is staying here forever.

Agreed. I can't see him wanting to leave Chelsea. Top club, ridiculous salary, fans cheering him no matter how badly he plays, familiar surroundings and friends.

He's happy where he is. Obviously I want him to leave, but I'll be extremely surprised if he decides to do that.

Would you guys think it is better to loan him with still paying 100% of his wage, rather than having him in our team?

Fuck no, why should he play as 1st striker somewhere else while still getting a lot of cash from us.

Best option: Reserve Team

Hit the nail right on the head! He has an agenda against him, so everyone alters their perception on everything he does.

with all due respect, LOL

Agenda against Torres? Actually it's impressive the amount of support he still has after being well... Torres.

Many, many pages back even TOPTB was crucifying him. But he has a new instance these days...

So as it stands he's our second striker....

I agree that he is our second striker and that is a scary thought for our prospects this season

Everyone is saying we need to sell him, but if we actually do it will be miraculous. Who would want such a shit striker!

DD not getting ahead of Torres for a while.

He needs to regain match fitness.

Took a lot for Eto'o and he was a bit younger.

So as it stands he's our second striker....

I think jose will use DD as a super sub ahead of torres. Simply cos DD is better in IMPACTING a game with his presence.

Last season torres was our first striker for the first half of the season. This season 7 out 10 games, costa will start with DD coming off the bench. His playing time will be MASSIVELY reduced even if he is chosen to start ahead of DD in carling cups.

As a super sub.

So what about capital one, fa cup, when a striker gets a red card. And truly I'm I the only that feels like Costa might get a red card here and there?

Hence Torres is the second men till DD gets into rhythm. And that might take a couple of months.

Eto'o didn't even have a pre season though. At least Drogba is having one. We signed Eto'o in the last few days of August too whilst DD's been here since July. He's definitely in a better position than Samuel.
