I think the club have learned their lesson with Torres, no need to keep him just for the sake of being reminded about that every day...

Getting rid of Torres and replacing him with a competent striker will clearly make the team a lot stronger and improve our chances of getting any silverware so why on earth should we not do that if Milan give us a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity?

Are Milan mental? selling Balotelli and signing someone else for around the same fee+ wages, albeit much older and worse. Admittedly he doesn't bring trouble, but then he will bring miserable by missing from 2 yards on regular basic( at least a few times every season).

I just hope we pay Torres even if needed £5m and tell him to fuck off for good and never come back. Then go to sign Falcao on loan/Remy/Bony as our 2nd choice, Drogba can be 3rd choice and retire at the end of season.
