  1. 1. Rafa Out?

Recommended Posts

I know it is a horrifying feeling, but if losing on Wednesday means Rafa out, I am all for it.

P.S: No need to quote saying I am mad and/or plastic, I know this is wrong. Cant help though, it is what I am feeling.

He'll be gone at the end of the season. Not before, not after. Theres no point in hoping for better.

The board want Guardiola or Mourinho, and they 'ent coming any earlier.

Are you a plant sent by Eugene and Michael to defend Rafa and the board?

first of all 50m was just the transfer and over it is his salary. anyways that is barely the point. he is the biggest LIABILITY to CFC, be it as a striker or as a player on overly large pay roll or even as a human being who cant live in competition and sulks like a blonde bitch (which he anyways is) everytime any1 else is chosen over him.

Fine. I'll be brave and offer you a bet.

Rafa Benitez will lead us to fourth spot. If he doesn't, I'll leave this forum. If he does, you leave this forum.

As for the rest of your ignorant drivel, is it as painful to write as it is to read?

:wank2::wank2:

Challenge accepted.

At least you've shown you have half a ballsack, & I commend you for that.

But if it means that you're still going to continue gargling Rafa's genital fluids all day then could you please just save us the trouble & leave now? Pretty please, with a cherry on top

No, I was just born with some common sense.

I agree.

Anyone can see that this squad has been designed for a certain person in June 2013. The way we loaned players out to get experience, the way we trimmed a lot of fat (some of which we needed) from the wage bill and the players we signed all pointed to this season being nothing but a holding season.

Robbie was never the long-term guy, but simply someone to get us through the season and into next season's Champions League. But the board got cold feet and dumped him for Rafa. Now I actually think he can do the job and then fuck off, but I don't for a minute think it will be pretty.

Last season was essentially the 7th year of Mourinho's 5 year plan for Chelsea. The team was still his. I honestly think we're going to see almost all of it go next year and I think anyone who thought this process would be painless was kidding themselves.

Because I've asked questions like who would do better? Fucking hell. Like I've said in another post, coming on this site has introduced me to a type of supporter I really haven't seen in over 20 years of going to the Bridge.

I seriously sit there. I started in the West Stand when it had Wooden seats (with the occassional game in the Shed STANDING), then moved to the East stand, then to the new Family Enclosure in the Shed and now I tend to stick to the MHL.

If you think I'm a plant to defend Rafa then you're pretty delusional considering the amount I go on about hiring a certain Catalonian bloke, and probably duty bound to ban me from this site.

To my mind if true, you have more right than any to an opinion having spent thousands of (presumably hard earned), pounds on following Chels. I just dont know how anyone in their right mind can defend the board. OK theyve made money through marketing, clever ticketing pricing, sponsorship and landfill tat thats been made in China with 'Chelsea' written on, whoopeee fucking do.

But theyve also managed to alienate every Chelsea fan i know, they love Chelsea but it keeps being fucked around -like finding your girlfriends been shagging someone else, but you still love her-by this constant stream of disposable managers and erratic results.

You beleive theres some grand master plan to get the right person in 2013, such as the overated Catalan. Great. Whoever it is, they'll be gone by 2014. This cycle of shit will continue until someone bends Romans ear, and says ''you know what youre acting like a cunt''. It needs to be someone with some balls. But I beleive hes so vain and arrogant no one will do it. It wont be the spineless board licking his arse because they love their fat salaries. Thats the bottom line. It will just go on and on regardless of results.

What the board has done in terms of getting us prepared for FFP is pretty impressive. But it's not just that. I think they've done well in changing us from an 'ageing team' and focussing on acquiring some truly exciting youth products. That to me shows that they've learnt from the mistakes of 7 years ago when we were very focussed on the short-term. Then there's the attempts to find a new stadium which I know some fans don't like, but I honestly think we need to do to kick on.

I don't know if they've alienated me. They've been part of some of the greatest moments of my life, but I've had to say goodbye to some people I revered. But I disagree with the notion that Guardiola would be definitely sacked within a year. I think Roman sees him as our next great manager, after Jose.

The truth is Jose has never been replaced. The team that won last year was still his team. They're the ones who carried themselves to the trophy through sheer force of will, and they (Cech, Cole, Terry, Lamps, Drogba) almost got there at least three times previously. That's why I call it year 7 of Mourinho's 5 year plan.

Now we need an equally forceful personality to build something new and I do believe that is Guardiola. It is not Benitez. I don't want him here beyond June.

So whilst I am pissed off at what's happening, it was somewhat inevitable when we peaked last year and then didn't get the right manager in (sorry Robbie). But I console myself with looking at the performances of youngsters like De Bruyne, Chalobah, McEachran etc. because I honestly believe in 12 months time we'll be at the beginning of something even better than what happened in Roman's first decade in charge. I believe it'll be more sustainable, more consistent and take us from Stamford Bridge to somewhere new.

The FFP would have to be adhered to by whoever was running the club, and you can bet they wouldnt want to be found wanting on that score. I would like to be optimistic about the Youth system, but the reality is that it is primarily window dressing, it does however make money by loaning and farming out employees to other companies.

Youre all optinistic about 'a years time' Guardiola, youth flowering etc. Fair enough. More than likely it will be the continual merry go round and bought off the shelf Shevchenko/Torres mannequins -surprised they havent tried to tap up beckham -those shirts would fly out the megastore...

I love Chelsea alway have done but the board dont in my eyes, they are just interested in profit -and why not its only a business to them after all ? But they can do one as far as I am concerned

That's the reaction i have to most of your posts mate. Luckily its a personal opinion and does not have to be adopted by your enlightened self...

Why do you hate Roman then? Because he sacked a club legend? Bates done that as-well, twice.

Yep and Bates isn't here anymore. If he was and had taken the same decision i would be equally as angry. Rafa has taken a job that anyone in his position would have taken and strikes me as a alright chap.
