Stats 7,142
Munich was cripped today as well, however, they had the best summer and bought adequate cover in COSTA, VIDAL, and KIMMICH who all played today. Also, it was essentially Lewandowski that battered them.....Wolfsburg were always going to end up the same with kdb or not, 3rd to munich and dortmund. Were you one of those people that thought Gladbach was going to be third place to this season? Losing KDB has effectively put too bed any suggestion they had off testing Bayern this season. Either way the games have shown that without KDB they struggled to atatck Bayern.I never thought Gladbach would be in the top 3/4 tbh after they lost Kruse as Drmic is not as good and plus they lost Kramer back to Leverkusen but yeah I am shocked by their start tbh. Did not see them losing every game, especailly as some of the games they have played have been very winnable. Hope they find some form. Big fan of them. Hybrid Angel 2,130
Hulk is shite. He has never impressed me in the top level and is very inconsistent. A very average player. Comparing him to a striker with the class of Diego Costa is madness.

Stats 7,142
Where that Coutinho again....Another game, yet, no win again. I am not even saying this to be petty but you see that when Liverpool have strikers with pace and movement like Sturridge he will thrive. 2 asissts today. They keep Sturridge and Coutinho fit and they excel. But you said that after the Bordeaux game. I am going to ask you where was Oscar today when we needed him to step up? Not there and that is my concern. He does not step up often when the rest of the team are below par.Last 3 games for City had 1 crucial element....Silva didn't play in any of them...The 3 games Oscar played this season, we conceded 1 goal and are 2-0-1Just based on EPL season, we already conceded 12 goals this year. We will drop points with oscar on the team sheet, but we also will win more games with him as our cam than KDB as our camMate, like I was trying to say before, the theory that when Oscar plays we don't lose is quite poor. When the likes of Hazard and Pedro are not performing to their usual standards, he does not step up and that is my biggest concern. He was better in the second half but as a no.10 no real cutting edge when we need it. We bring on players like Willian and Ramires who can run at the oppostion, then the game changed.I thought people would change their minds about Oscar after the disasterous couple of games we had without him but I guess it's just impossible for him to please our fans.I think the issue is that people are comparing him to creative n10s the likes of Silva,Ozil,James.. He's not that type of player and probably never will be.He leads the pressing in the team and maintains defensive stability. He retains possession, plays small combinations with the other attacking players and helps our star player shine(Hazard). He has a fair amount of goals/assists a season for someone who isnt the focal point of his team. It's no surprise we had players like Eden and Fabregas underperforming while he was not playing. He's a modern day n10.So he is playing today and they still both underperform? This myth that he brings balance is a load of rubbish honestly. I actually thought Oscar was much better in the second half but still not enough cutting edge. Ironic that he went off and we got both goals. Oscar performed against Maccabi but the fact that people were using that game tosay the likes of Fabregas performed because Oscar returned was ridiculous. They were an awful team and Fabregas would have performed even with Kenedy playing in the no.10 tbh. LIke I said think he improved second half but it is nonsense imo to say that we as a team improve when he returns. I saw no evidence of that today against the worse team in the league this season (along with Sunderland).

Stats 7,142
Coutinho1 goal=46 shotsHAHAHA 2 assists from basic passes where both milner and daniel did all the WORK....Still goes down as his though but generally he was one of the better players in the game. They played him as a no.8. Think I read he completed every single one of his passes and was impressive. But going to Oscar, I hope this myth that you and others put out that the team balance improves when he is in the team, is put to an end. Did you see how vulnerable we looked in the first half?

Before that, those 2 were getting outrun, outplayed, etc.... Oscar was the best player before he got subbed out...

Even though most reviews and fans have given him good ratings and compliments?Oscar was good in the second half, poor in first half. If he was that good he would have stayed on but he did not because he was not offering much offensively. That simple. We got both goals when he came off and that goes against #we don't lose when Oscar plays. I am not saying he was awful but he does not do enough offensively for a player you seem to rate above the likes of KDB. Let's see if he keeps his place against Porto. I think he might be dropped. Did you see how vulnerable we looked in the first half?Sorry but that's not a valid conclusion. You are making a direct connection between oscar and balance and that's just not right. Especially some that is related to every single playey with a possible exception of the gk.Oscar had a poor game - he tried things and they did not work. Others were as bad or worse.Oscar does improve the balance but the balance isn't right. I thought the lineup was a bit too attacking for this game tbh. Pedro is an attacker. Merely my point. But I can guarantee you Oscar is dropped for Kiev. Matic, Fabregas and Ramires will be the trio in midfield and Hazard, Willian/Pedro with Costa will be the line up.
