It is not like he doesnt know how to bang it. He is in a great position, he can learn with Lampard (who does it really well), train and gain experience at a big club.As I said before, apart from the close range shooting, he only needs to adapt to play against defensive teams, get familiar working in small spaces (compat teams) and improve his body.
