Goal.com isn't really a reliable newsoutlet. They have a tendency of rewording things and leaving things out for more sensationalistic articles. They also frequently, "accidentally", mistranslate things.

This is the same article from ESPNFC but the wording is a bit different and here it seems Hiddink is actually defending Hazard from such accuations...

"Hazard has also faced accusations of a lack of commitment due to his body language on the pitch this season, but Hiddink believes this is simply a result of the 25-year-old's introverted personality.
