I'm betting it does. Maybe Hazard has been delaying his move the entire time to see if Chelsea will have CL football next season. It would make sense, seeing as how he probably realises he can be the focal point at Chelsea while at City or United he'd be just another player. The UCL final against Bayern is truly the most important game in our history.
