petre.ispirescu 4,928
I bet Pedro used to laugh at Chelsea's tactics in the Barcelona dressing room, yet he did everything "the Chelsea way" tonight and worked his ass off like a true blue. Meanwhile Hazard only went to Paris for some interviews and that's about it. Pretty sure he could have called in sick and conduct those interviews from London. He looked uninterested and this is why maybe a manager like Simeone would be a hit here because he does not allow players to switch off like that. You are either with us, or against us. There is no in-between. Tautvix and ack17

We all know that he's talented and would get into almost any team. Other teams/managers would back themselves to get the best out of him. The main issue with Hazard is he's like neither here nor there at the moment. Stats

Yes I know that but playing like tonight and the rest of this season? Why would PSG take him? Di Maria has been exceptional for them and Lucas Moura has also been good in patches. He needs to get back to half the player he was last season at least if he thinks he can just go to PSG and displace someone like Di Maria on the left wing. kellzfresh

Di Maria can easily play on the right wing and they can even rotate positions if they want. Moura has been OK but overall, he has hardly lived up to the hype. And yes, Hazard has been below-par this season but it's only one season so far. No one would see his bad form as something permanent, but rather only a blip. Having said that, I don't think Hazard would leave us for PSG. Said it many times himself. Stats

I don't think PSG would really be a good move but he wouldn't get into that Barcelona or Real Madrid starting eleven either and I doubt even Bayerns when everyone is fit. He might have to stay here, even if he doesn't want to.
Gilvorak 3,734
Anyway it's obvious Hazard needs to leave this summer. Fans have turned on him after Mourinho's sacking.
Tautvix 1,321
People can argue about his comments. Was it 100% real or made by journalists but nobody can argue that he doesn't give himself 100% on the pitch. And that's what matters most. I can't understand how someone can tolarate that. Like I always use to say. Better to have a hard working less talented player than a lazy talent. stroey
Pizy 18,897
Poor as he's been this season I hope he doesn't leave before seeing how things go under the new manager. New season, new manager, bolstered squad and he may return to the 2014/15 Hazard and we'd be title challengers and everyone's happy again. Can only imagine the outrage if we sell him for half of what Spuds got for Bale and replace him with a couple of average players. If he's dead set on leaving then we shouldn't even consider selling until we have top replacements already agreed. blues.bridge

the wes 7,212
Quote Chris Waddle thinks Chelsea winger Eden Hazard has never enjoyed playing in English football. Hazard was the PFA Player of the Year in 2015 but his form has dipped drastically this season, amid rumours he is set to leave Stamford Bridge. Waddle, who played in the French top flight for Marseille, said Hazard's performances remind him of Angel di Maria's, who struggled for form at Manchester United before moving to PSG. Waddle said of Hazard: "Last year he put a shift in but I think he thinks, 'I can't do that again, it's not me running up and down that flank constantly defending'.” The former England international continued: "It's too much leg work for them. They enjoy being in the other half.” http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p03jt6wj

joaosoares 12
I really like Hazard and I think that he is a once in a generation kind of player but I think that the possibility of him leaving is becoming bigger every day. Now I just hope that we can get good players if we sell Hazard in the next transfer window. Maybe Griezmann or Berardi or even Kenedy could replace him
