Yes, everyone knows he can improve on finishing, Hazard himself to begin with, but then again that lack of pure killer instinct is part of his whole charm I guess. He's not an extra-terrestial like Messi & Cristiano, he's just an exceptional human football player with shortcomings like everybodye else.

He's a very good player. But Reus, Ribery (at least pre-Guardiola) and other players in his position are great players.
