Hazard’s 55th goal in the Premier League in 167 games. Hazard has now scored the same amount of Premier League goals as former Chelsea striker Eidur Gudjohnsen

If only last season didn't happen, those numbers would be even more impressive. But it did happen and despite that he still scores on average every 3 games in the league, which I find good enough for a player who doesn't score enough.

He's had like 5 MOTMs in the last 7. Can't say he isn't POTY. I actually think he can make this level of performance more like the norm, because his defensive contribution is a lot more minimal than what Jose had him doing.

Can't believe Jose was trying to turn this attacking demon into a LWB. Atrocious.

It's fine mate. Hazard is playing better than when he won the PFA player of the year two seasons ago. He doesn't have to do everything now and be our "creativity" as thanks to Conte, we actually have a descernable style of play in attack. Hazard is getting more 1 v 1's this season (he's basically unstoppable in those scenarios) thanks to Alonso playing as a winger, a stark contrast to Azpilicueta playing as an extra centre back under Mourinho with Hazard getting double teamed and physically abused in almost every game . Eden is also playing more centrally in the half-spaces and less out wide. He must seriously be enjoying his football under Conte than under Mourinho.

Its true he had to work harder in defence, but he was still unplayable that season despite having to " work his ass of becsuse of mou".

Mou made him play best football of his career and no one said in 2015 that Mou is killing his potential. It was the opposite.

This year he is performing even better, but not that much better than in 2015, because he was on fire back then too.

Sure he would thrive in spain, barca more, but that doesnt have to do anything with either Mou or Conte, but Chelsea as whole and PL.

Last season was off for everyone its hardly only Mou fault. Everyone was just as guilty for shit performances. Same is with Leicester this season pre and after Ranieri.
