Considering we get Hulk and keep KDB, who will play if our main players will need rest?

We have enough CMs, but what about Cam or Wingers?

Lamps could play CAM sometimes, but if he will be regular starter as CM, he will need rest too

Hazard and Mata will get rest manualy: once one then other, one can always play as CAM

Hulk will have replacement in Marin(who can play both wings), Rambo (unless he will be already CM box2box starter) or possibly KDB (but I think he should be used more on Cam or CM than wings)

Torres will get replacement in Danny

Hazard will rotate with Mata. Rambo, Marin or Kdb can replace him.

Our second team would then be:

Romeu-Essien/Meireles

KDB

Rambo-Danny-Marin

As I see without Mata, Hazard and older Lamps, we dont have proper starting replacement. Sure KDB could get minor role in CM along experienced Mikel or Lamps ocasionaly, but surely he cant pull strings and plan our attack as Cam in his first season. There will always have to be at least Mata or Hazard along him. His good techmique would be wasted on wing, so I prefer CAM/CM for Kdb.

With this team, we would still need at least one winger or midfielder who doesnt need to be super class, but just someone who played in Pl before (like Moses or Sigurdsson)

There's nothing wrong with our current backups. If we get Moses I guess I would have to welcome him. He'd give us depth.

I think we need someone who actualy played in Pl before. Marin, Hulk, Hazard and Kdb all played outside UK.

But that will never happen and then comes realistic opinion; No we dont need any more players, but a good right winger. Hulk or Moses. I will be happy with whoever Chelsea buys. No one here cant make difference after all.

I just wanted to say that a double pivot does not necessarly means staying deep, Germany's Khedira gets very high while Shcweinsteiger uses to stay deep.

yeah. don't see mikel givin us that box to box option. maybe ramires alongside lampard where ramires becomes a "yaya toure" would give us dynamism in midfield. a bit more going forward and another player for mata to pick out

Hazard and Mata will be good possession players. They have the skill and finesse to do so. Mikel is also a good possession player. Regardless of what people may think about him passing sideways and backwards, he can still keep possession well. Lampard can also pass the ball well. I think Ramires could become similar to Yaya Toure. I would love to try him in the double pivot role alongside Mikel as he would have protection.

disagree. the hallmark of an excellent midfielder is making defence-splitting passes not delaying an attack by passing to his own defenders. mikel does well in his CDM role but hailing his passing ability is like saying that Kalou dribbles well (couldn't resist )

hi.i like hulk very much because of his flexibility.he can play out wide or up front and that is what Di Matteo is looking for his team. player like hulk can maximise our chance of dominating the final third.obviously his physical strength would be a serious advantage when he goes one on one against any full back.despite named 'hulk', he posses unbelievable speed.that means he can outrun any of the slow defenders in EPL.we already got hazard,mata and marin and that means hulk can be either supporter to torres or successor of drogba.either way, it is good for chelsea!!

Firstly I hate him because what he did to Cahill was ridiculous and shows he is a cunt.

Secondly he is not even good enough to tie Hulk's boot laces. I know, a bit exaggerated but he is just not in the same level with Hulk.
