Why are you bringing athletes into this? It started off about sports. The point is American sports are rubbish. You invented them, well done, too bad no-one likes them apart from Americans. Agree with Cap, we are by far a better sporting nation than USA. Basketball is the only real international sport you're good at.

Wow, I thought you were joking. It's unfair to label them as rubbish, yes, NASCAR is but then again all motorsport is eye bleeding stuff. If so many people worldwide like them, there's got to be something good about their sports. Basketball, for instance, is reasonably fun. Gridiron doesn't look remotely entertaining to watch or play, I don't see the fun in getting beaten to pulp by 120 kg monsters.

There's nothing wrong with Basketball, But NFL, Baseball and NASCAR are just medicore sports. Rugby League/Union/AFL better versions of NFL and Cricket undoubtedly a better version of Baseball.
