Bayern are very very good, it's always a joy to watch them play. They are much more diverse than Barca. Real looked disorganized and planless against them, at their own home. It will be tougher against them imo, parking the bus against Barca is effective as it's been repeatedly proven, I don't believe it's as effective against Bayern.
