And I don't say that only for be a Chelsea fan.I love Tibo (see: Profile pic & Sig) probably a bit too much at times.But no way is he as good as Neuer. Neuer is better in every facet of the game bar coming out for crosses. Give Tibo 2 more years at the top level and we'll see then. But ATM Neuer is the best GK in the world.And I'm glad to see Neuer nominated, it would have been a travesty if someone from a team that won the WC so convincingly wasn't nominated. I think he's vastly improved his concentration level and decision making. His reflexes are top notch and his athleticism is outstanding for a keeper. Very well deserved. I'd say Thibaut is just as good in goal and is much younger but its what Neuer offers overall that makes him such a valuable player. His versatility, consistency, and role for Bayern and Germany out weigh Ronaldo's goal scoring record, in which he only has that to rely on considering he was missing in both finals of Copa Del Rey and CL, not to mention was a mere whisper in the WC. I wouldn't be upset with Lahm either. Rate the guy extremely highly. For me personally I think Muller and Neuer have been better this year but if you're talking about consistency over the last 5+ years then Lahm is easily one of the best in the world.I wouldn't agree he's better than Ronaldo, but that's all opinion as they're completely different types of player. Klopp's team deserves to play in Europe next year.Honestly if we do not win the CL, I'd want an uncommon team to win the CL that hasn't won it in the last 10 years, I wouldn't mind Dortmund, PSG, Atletico, Juventus to win it this year if we somehow fail to. I'm sick and tired of seeing the same old Barcelona, Madrid, Munich always winning the CL, it sort of makes the whole thing predictable.
