Chelsea have suspended two of their most promising young players after a smoke grenade caused a full scale evacuation at the club’s training ground.

Jacob Mellis, who made his Chelsea debut last season in the Champions League, and Billy Clifford both face disciplinary proceedings.

Whoever suspended them needs to get a sense of humor.

Can't really walk into your "work place" and throw around a smoke bomb and expect to get away with it. But hey, just a warning should have been okay.

But yeah, idc if it was a puff of smoke, don't throw smoke bombs around in your "work place" and expect to get away with it. o_o

Well yes but a suspension seems a bit too much. It was a joke and they are still boys after all.
