Sure.. this is my Formation.. Nowhere near my best 11 though.. Mata, Ramires, Torres, David Luiz all injured..

I normally play Mata where Malouda is and push Malouda out wide..

The eleven in the picture above, i just beat Wolves 4-0 at Stamford Bridge.

I use a very similar tactic. I experimented and I never used 4-2-3-1 before so I was a bit afraid it won't work but it seems it's working really nicely for you

Yeah it's working really good.. Though think team-talks and press conferences have a big impact tbh.. but yeah, it works well.

I've got a problem with my strikers though. Torres is very injury prone and Drogba and Lukaku just fail to score. Dunno how to play those two...as target man they just can't seem to score, and even when they get in a good chance they waste it. I'll try Anelka if all else fails...

I never play a 'target man' or 'playmaker' duty tbh mate.. tried it before, and failed.. so i don't do it..

Also.. although my passing style says 'shorter' i switch between that and 'more direct' throughout matches..

@Shonex - Try Drogba as a Complete forward, works wonders. For Lukaku, Target man with supply into feet works for me. Make sure you set your crosses to float and not drilled.
